UUtente ospiteMy family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the room is nice. The buffet breakfast has a great variety. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. All staff members were friendly and polite. Miss Xu was kind enough to update one of the rooms for a relative of ours so that we could all stay on the same floor, which was a very nice gesture. The room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help, especially at the front desk. The location was great, with eat street just a stone's throw away. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort and convenience.

Mi piace il fatto che hanno la lavanderia a secco dove potevo lavarmi. Non ho usato il loro servizio di colazione, anche se sono andato nella zona di colazione e ho controllato il posto una mattina, semplice opzioni di colazione, niente di fantastico. In generale, è un buon soggiorno. Resterò qui se torno nella zona

UUtente ospiteA young arrogant reception ( the one with glasses) refused to honour my booking, the advertised room with RIVERVIEW saying it was sold out and offering me a small room with no view. After calls to the owner she agreed to give me the room if I paid extra. After more discussion with her boss she relented after I threatened a poor review. This arguing took at least half an hour of stress and anxiety, the receptionist insisting my phone was the problem even though I showed her the screenshot of my booking confirmation. I went to reserve another night but had to agree to a higher price. I wanted to stay at least four nights but too stressful playing their game.
