UUtente ospiteMy family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the room is nice. The buffet breakfast has a great variety. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. All staff members were friendly and polite. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will recommend it to friends and families who would be traveling to Dongxing.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Rowin Grand Hotel for 7 nights in April 2025 with a group of 10. Miss Xu was kind enough to update one of the rooms for a relative of ours so that we could all stay on the same floor, which was a very nice gesture. The room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help, especially at the front desk. The location was great, with eat street just a stone's throw away. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort and convenience.

KKian BengThe room was clean. The housekeeping staffs were friendly and checked in with me everyday although I didn't need any housekeeping service during my stay. I like the fact that they have the self-service laundry room where I could do my laundry. I didn't use their breakfast service although I did go to the breakfast area and checked out the place one morning, simple breakfast options, nothing fancy. Overall, it's a good stay. Will stay here if I come back in the area

C'è una lavatrice, una carta di bagno, un soggiorno per lavare i vestiti dei giorni precedenti, scrivere l'etichetta per chiarire quale stanza, e poi parlare alla reception (non dire, dire un'efficienza migliore), e la cucina è direttamente messo indietro e risolvere il grande problema.
Ci sono caffè per la colazione, ora dolce, latte e latte fresco non polvere di latte. Ci sono polvere di riso di mare prima di andare. Quantità giornaliera limitata, non ci sono arrivato ogni volta che sono tardi..Un po'penso che la colazione sia al di sopra delle aspettative.
Il frutto e il pomeriggio sono benvenuti, come la ciliegia di ciliegia secca.

BBastifantastiA beautiful apartment with a very large terrace. There were even two double beds and the apartment was definitely big enough for two or even four. Everything was very clean, and of course there were fresh towels and bed linen. The reception is in a shop on the ground floor. I was greeted very friendly and accompanied to my room. The whole process was very pleasant and I can recommend the apartment and the host.

UUtente ospiteA young arrogant reception ( the one with glasses) refused to honour my booking, the advertised room with RIVERVIEW saying it was sold out and offering me a small room with no view. After calls to the owner she agreed to give me the room if I paid extra. After more discussion with her boss she relented after I threatened a poor review. This arguing took at least half an hour of stress and anxiety, the receptionist insisting my phone was the problem even though I showed her the screenshot of my booking confirmation. I went to reserve another night but had to agree to a higher price. I wanted to stay at least four nights but too stressful playing their game.
