VVanChongWe travelled to DongXing as a family of 4 and stay at the best available hotel here. This is by far the best DongXing has to offer. The rooms is very spacious and clean. This is the 2nd time we had stayed at Ramada Plaza. The location is perfect for travel over to Vietnam as its only a couple of mins walk away. And a big plus as we're right by the main shopping area of DongXing. Lots of cuisines to choose from and fantastic value for money. Will be back sometime in the next couple of yrs with visa ready to cross over to Japan. A final note is the view from our rooms. Vietnam right on the other side.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Rowin Grand Hotel for 7 nights in April 2025 with a group of 10. Miss Xu was kind enough to update one of the rooms for a relative of ours so that we could all stay on the same floor, which was a very nice gesture. The room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help, especially at the front desk. The location was great, with eat street just a stone's throw away. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort and convenience.

KKian BengThe room was clean. The housekeeping staffs were friendly and checked in with me everyday although I didn't need any housekeeping service during my stay. I like the fact that they have the self-service laundry room where I could do my laundry. I didn't use their breakfast service although I did go to the breakfast area and checked out the place one morning, simple breakfast options, nothing fancy. Overall, it's a good stay. Will stay here if I come back in the area

UUtente ospiteA young arrogant reception ( the one with glasses) refused to honour my booking, the advertised room with RIVERVIEW saying it was sold out and offering me a small room with no view. After calls to the owner she agreed to give me the room if I paid extra. After more discussion with her boss she relented after I threatened a poor review. This arguing took at least half an hour of stress and anxiety, the receptionist insisting my phone was the problem even though I showed her the screenshot of my booking confirmation. I went to reserve another night but had to agree to a higher price. I wanted to stay at least four nights but too stressful playing their game.

UUtente anonimoSituato a 2 minuti di cammino dal Terminal Bus/ 950m dal porto di Dong Xing. Solo 600m a piedi per raggiungere il centro città per turisti devono vedere e Mall. La fermata del bus è proprio davanti all'hotel. La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita viene con bagno privato, AC funziona bene e TV è con segnali per canale locale. Wifi è di buona velocità e doccia calda è sempre disponibile. Il personale del lobby è amichevole e ha un distributore d'acqua potabile al lobby. Sicuro per i viaggiatori di sesso femminile.
