Hotel Hotel per famiglie a Distretto di Klaeng

I stayed 2 night the one thing that I dislike is “ Cockroach “ in my room. There are many cockroaches 🪳 that I found since first day one fly to my face but I think that ok. Second night after I woke up I found it beside my bed and when I went to take a shower I found 1 in shower room then after that my bf went to the terrace also found 1. Omggg 😱 I already reported to receptionist when I checked out about this issue I hope the hotel will improve and solve this problem because it make me scared and feel a bit bad. About service still be okay for me. Breakfast also variety of food and fresh.

Questo potrebbe essere un posto perfetto per i nonni, situato nel mezzo di nessuno, non ci sono attività, nessun intrattenimento, nemmeno musica. Era il luogo più noioso che abbia mai avuto. E 'molto pulito e le piscine sono belle, il cibo è anche delizioso. Great location. The beach is great, easy to access. Hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful, even security guard is very friendly. The room is not in great condition. It is a bit old and needs some maintainance.

Mi piace questo hotel. Quasi ogni volta che vengo a Rayong, soggiorno sempre qui. Bell'hotel, ottimo ambiente sulla spiaggia, soprattutto la piscina. Lo adoro... lo consiglio

L'esperienza di questa estate è molto soddisfacente!L'ambiente dell'hotel è pulito e confortevole, la struttura è calda, le strutture sono complete e moderne.Il servizio del personale è entusiasta, reagisce rapidamente e fa sentire la gente molto intima.Il tipo di colazione è ricco e il gusto è anche buono.La posizione geografica è eccellente e conveniente per il viaggio. La prossima volta sceglierete qui, vi consigliamo forte!

Отдыхали семьей с ребенком 12 лет. Отель был очень достойный, расположен на 1ой линии, вид из номера был на море, каждый вечер с балкона наблюдали шикарные закаты, так же о.Самет. Бассейн очень удачно расположен, буквально рядом с пляжем. Кормили по меркам Тая очень прилично. Номера обновленные, уборка ежедневная. Но само место очень спокойное, пойти не куда, кроме кафешек на пляже. Отель рекомендую.

The hotel is a bit dated, but rooms are clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was underwhelming but had the essentials. Don’t expect to be blown away by the service they aren’t a big commercial hospitality company with trained staff. Overall im satisfied with the stay.

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

The hotel is beautiful and nice in Rayong. Room was Very clean and big, comfy bed and pillows. There are lot of amenities. In the room there is the poem of Phra Sunthorn Vohara (he’s a royal poet began in the reign of King Rama2). Swimming pool was nice. Service is great. Just cross the road to the beach.
