Ci sono anche giochi di commutazione come Mario Kart per il prestito per bambini leggermente più anziani. Grande hotel e un po' prezioso, ma sicuramente vale la pena. I miei figli hanno avuto un'esplosione e hanno meravigliose memorie con tutte le strutture che erano disponibili per loro. Anche il loro famoso pasticcino al ristorante in casa e è stato delizioso. Raccomanderà alle famiglie di cercare grandi ricordi.

Molto pulita, anche se un po' piccola. Mi piaceva la colazione diffusa - opzioni molto piccoli da carne di bovino in stile giapponese, frutta fresca, curry, uova in molti modi (soft cottura, scrambled, ecc.), congee. Gli spazi per lavorare erano confortevoli e il WiFi era molto stabile e veloce. Ci sono grandi strutture disponibili dalla piscina e giornata di fitness, così come complimentare Happy Hour / snacks / caffè e bevande fluttuanti. Molto consiglia questo posto. Io rimarrei!

Just Sleep in Jiaoxi was the perfect weekend getaway hotel for me and my husband. It’s also kid-friendly as we saw amenities tailored to children. The hot-spring water in the room could have been warmer to our liking but other than that service is fantastic, breakfast food tastes great, location is superb!

告知會晚上才CHECK IN也被接受，服務很好。
唯一不太能接受的是作為感應手環的扣點實在太緊了，非常難拔除，但有喜歡這種防水手環型的設計，建議隨身帶著就好不要扣起來。
2月的氣候不適合戶外池，略冷。

UUtente ospiteMy husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

우우리집개똥이가족여행으로 대만 자오시로 여행가면서 제일 최근에 지어진 가마란호텔로 예약했어요. 스타벅스가 1층에 있어 숙소 찾기도 쉬웠고 중심가에있어 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 룸은 패밀리룸이라 더블베드에 싱글베드 2개였는데 타호텔보다 사이즈도 커서 너무 편했어요. 저흰 저녁디너도 추가해서 호텔에서 먹었는데 해산물 위주였고 손님이 많아 2부타임 이용했어요. 숙소숙박객은 할인적용되니 이용해보셔도 좋을듯하네요. 조식도 깔끔하게 잘나왔어요. 제일 중요한 온천!! 확실히 온천마을이라 피부가 보들보들~~ 다음에 또 가고싶을정도로 맘에 들었어요. 룸엔 개인온천 가능했고 노천탕은 수영복있으면 이용 가능하니 꼭 챙겨 가시길 추천합니다. 전 다음에 또 이용해볼 생각입니다. 오랜만에 마음에 다는 호텔발견^^

The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe.
The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played.
Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option.
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit!
The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day!
The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

CClaudia xuanCame here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case.
The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug..
Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

Ttheexplorerexploresthe hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!

EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room.
Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note.
Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot.
Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye.
Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

UUtente anonimoIn primo luogo, questo è un hotel molto vecchio che ha visto giorni davvero migliori. Mentre mantenuto bene, ha conservato i mobili originali e la decorazione dagli anni '80 e 1990s. Rimanendo qui mi ricordava di quando ero bambino viaggiando con la mia famiglia nell'80s. La stanza reale non sembra niente come quello mostrato sul sito. I pavimenti duri significano che si dovrebbe indossare i loro pantaloni o portare i pantaloni della camera. L'acqua di primavera calda è solo tubi di acqua di primavera calda che entrano nel bagno. C'è un passo che emula il passo di spa caldo nel bagno.
Il colazione era buono con carne e uova ben prese che si possono mettere sopra il riso o il porridge.C'è anche latte di soia caldo.Ma non c'è tè caldo, solo caffè.Il personale sembra stanco, ma lavora duro.
C'era una signora di età più grande quando ci siamo accolti e lei era piuttosto brutta nel controllo in corso. Ad esempio: ”Se non mettete un numero qui, e lasciate le cose in hotel, li buttiamo via! Solo per dirvi prima.”
La camera era molto piccola o accogliente, a seconda della vostra prospettiva. L'unica cosa nuova era l'aria condizionata. La TV aveva tutte le impostazioni per canali, ma nessuno funzionava. Internet wifi non funzionava molto.
