酒店很有客家特色，感謝酒店升級了房型🎉。整棟別墅房間布局合理，車子可以直達別墅負一層，開門進去就是小孩子喜歡的滑梯，地上有軟墊，保護措施值得點贊👍。還有一個茶室和自動麻將，天氣熱在下麪喝茶，看小孩子嬉戲享受天倫之樂。一層是兩個房間，廚房和天井，別墅內的溫泉池就在天井，建議在天井這裏加裝照明燈，還可以圍在那裡喝茶，很是享受。二樓有三個房間。#早餐酒店的早餐很不錯，在同等酒店樣式和質量上可以說是比較好。有個小建議，請不要用速凍的小雲吞。#衛生房間的衛生，可見之處就還不錯，衛生間的衛生有待提高。#房間設施有些房間有的設施應該是更換的時候沒有合適的配件，但也不能這麼應付，已經私下跟酒店反映了。#游泳池因為是暑假最後一個旅遊高峯，人忒多，泳池的水衛生有待提高。

The hotel is nice with big rooms ane thermal bath. The staff was not really helpful though as they couldn’t find our reservation and they did not help at all, they just told us to contact the customer service directly. Poor breakfast.

設施：房間偏陳舊，但也能理解，聽人説畢竟已經開了十多年的……但是時代在進步，可以對應的進行房間改造升級了！廁所的門把手也是壞的（有圖有真相）
衞生：對於到處住酒店的我而已，這個衞生確實很一般啊，床單枕套黃黃的。
環境：説實話，一晚上沒睡着！住在17樓，間隔幾分鐘就會有咚咚咚的響聲，找前台説，前台也解釋不清楚，早餐價格在那裡，也就那樣吧！
服務：服務一般般吧，我説我在攜程通過會員升級了房型，但是人家充耳不聞，好吧😑充電線還需要掃碼付費，雖然我有自帶，但是這還是第一回見……還沒有一次性鞋子提供！對於300多價位實在是有點小失望……

第二次入住了，比第一次好點，房間隔音效果有點一般，空調製熱效果有點差，而且有點噪音。房間沒有隔音效果有點尷尬，房間都可以聽到走廊的説話聲音，有點嚇人。如果價格便宜一點就更合適了。

是朋友的老家，我們從深圳開車過去差不多四個小時，不過非常值得，房間很乾凈，新裝修的，服務也不錯，環境優美自然景觀，負氧離子滿滿。温泉泡的太舒服了，泡過温泉後睡眠非常好，遺憾的是沒有按摩推背的服務。如果能好好按摩一下，那簡直賽神仙了。
