La notte prima del mio soggiorno, ho contattato l'hotel per confermare che ho parlato con Kyle. Egli era eccellente a rispondere a tutte le mie domande. Quando sono arrivato, mi ha salutato dal cielo, era fantastica, ha dato a mia figlia un bicchiere d'acqua e biscotti. Non potevo dimenticarla se provassi a non permettere a mia figlia, la nostra stanza era così pulita e mi sono salutata in sala da supervisore di casa Veronica, tutte le strutture erano operative e superavano le mie aspettative. We took our 5 year old granddaughter to the SpringHill Suites and we loved every minute. We parked the car and walked a short distance to Sesame Place for 2 days at the park and a 2 night stay. The staff, especially Pam, were very friendly, helpful, welcoming and informative. The hot breakfast was delicious and we so enjoyed the indoor pool. We could even walk to nearby restaurants. We have stayed here before and will certainly be back. A special thanks to Pam who went above and beyond in making our vacation so enjoyable. The staff overall is exemplary. We appreciated the hospitality and the awesome hotel.

Had to visit the area for family funeral. We are pretty loyal Marriot Residence Inn travelers, and this was probably the nicest one we've stayed in. Property was very updated and modern. Front desk staff was courteous and they were able to accommodate an early check-in request on a Thursday afternoon. Our studio room was well laid out and very comfortable. I love the large TV that swivels to face the TV or living room. Various pillows in different thicknesses enabled a custom sleep experience. Great value for the money. My only (small) gripes were - the lobby coffee wasn't consistently refilled, and we needed some change for a $20 to leave a housekeeping tip, and were told it was a cashless facility, so we were not able to break a bill to leave a tip. It would also be great if they would add EV charging for guests. We were probably there during a particularly quiet season with school being in session, but we saw zero children during our stay and the property was quiet and serene. Would not hesitate to return.
