St Falls Resort

Out of season so didn't see any staff. Everything worked so great, great views, enjoyed the spa, but it makes too much noise overnight, turned it off at the switchboard and suggested my neighbour do the same.

For $1000 a night this 3 bedroom suite was much less than we had expected. A view of mountains was challenged by the very large car park two floors below and the walls and windows of the adjoining building a few metres away, including a view straight into a bedroom and a bathroom. The room is tired, presumably due for a refurbish. Cold, until we found a thermostat inside the fuse box; no instructions. We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions in the past decade, and it is just not what it once was.

Pretty happy with location and room was nice and clean with heated floors. Was upgraded to a two bedroom which was nice. Had a nice view of the mountains and the hot tub was nice on the balcony. Check in was quick and helped with our bags. Would have been nice to park closer to hotel but shuttle was close and got a close park to drop bags off. No complaints, had a really nice time and walked out the door to the lift and restaurants. Just a short walk to the windy point toboggan area aswell.

The best place to stay on the mountain for a price Great amazing central position. But be warned the music plays all day can be tiresome. But does shut off not too late. The spa was amazing and super hot. Lacking in privacy but still great. Clean neat well looked after. Would stay again.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment costing $17,000 for the week and spent multiple nights awake well into the night listening to the people in the spa on the floor below, directly under the bedroom windows. Could hear every single word they said. Receptionist said they couldn’t do much as it was the owner. And then after 11pm reception is totally uncontactable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

3 star service apartment with 5 star price tag. Terrible sound proof, can hear our neighbours conversations all the time and the noise downstairs. Our one bedroom spa apartment view was facing the carpark which is very disappointing and I booked 9 months ago! In terms of customer service, there was none. I asked them if they can please give me lift to spa up the road because I have an ACL knee injury from DAY 1 of my 7 days ski trip, I can see the hotel buggy just sitting at the front from my bedroom all day. They said its not for guest, only for the staff. I asked them I have been sitting in the apartment for the last 5 days just hoping to do something to make myself feel better but the response from them was cold , hard: 'no, sorry we cant help u.' This is not a 5 star hotel service for sure.
