The kitchen features new maple cabinets, granite counter tops, copper sink and new high end stainless steel GE Profile appliances including a 36 inch induction stove and a wine cooler. There is a 70 inch TV in the family room with cable TV and Netflix as well as a Blueray player. The master bedroom has a 48 inch 3D TV with cable, Netflix and a Blueray player. The luxury master bathroom has a 40 inch smart TV with Netflix. The other two guest bedrooms have 50 inch and 40 inch TVs respectively with Netflix and a BlueRay player. The house has an amazing view of the rolling mountains and hills of Fallbrook and its vicinity in the backyard. The covered patio in the back can be accessed through the living room, the family room and the kitchen. The covered patio has stylish wicker lounge chairs, a conversation set and a dining set. A propane grill is also available in the side yard. As the house is completely surrounded by next door neighbors with similarly large lots (1+ acres), the back yard and side yards are very private.
