You will be sharing the common areas of the home (kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, driveway) as well as home amenities such as Wi-Fi. Conveniently located in Fishers, IN just 2 miles from Geist Marina and 4 miles from Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall. The nightly rate covers the first 6 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 6 and over (kids 5 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. THE SPACE This booking is for 1bedroom and a bathroom on the basement level of a residential home. Guests have plenty of privacy on this level with a TV and full bathroom with walk-in shower. No street parking is allowed. There is a $50 fee per car for more than 1 car at the property. Want to bring a dog? No problem, it's just $50 per dog per stay. No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal. Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house. No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No cats or any other pets allowed. Other general rules: 1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways. 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed. 5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway or directly in front of the house. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11.. 12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee. 14. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products. Doing so can cause serious plumbing issues and will result in a $2,000 fine. 15. An additional fee of $40 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time). 16..
