On the lower level (where you will enter home and park vehicle) you'll find several games and activities; a full bath and laundry room, Air Hockey, Foosball and game table, and to top it off ample seating in a comfortable great room with a full sofa sleeper. Out back: a 6 person hot tub, back deck, charcoal grill and sandstone steps that take you to the fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a 6-8 person hot tub, AC, Smart Tvs in all living and bedrooms, Internet with high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer and dryer. A "Starter* of the following items will be provided: a roll of paper towels, 4-6 individual coffee pods, dish soap and 4 dishwasher pods, toilet paper and trash bags will be provided in kitchen and bathrooms. Recommended items to bring: charcoal and firewood if using fire pit or grill, for stays more than 3 days, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry soap, and toiletries for personal use.
