You can relax with your car safely parked off-road and explore and enjoy without restrictions, even bring your pets. This cosy self contained ground floor apartment is within a minutes walk to the seafront, easy to enjoy a stroll with your partner, or the dog. It’s also a level 5 minute walk to the town centre where the expected assortment of shops, banks, pubs etc await your inspection. The apartment features a large bay fronted double bedroom, with king size bed, assorted furniture and extra USB sockets to charge your tech. Behind this the second bedroom features two single beds, and assorted furniture and more USB sockets for charging phones etc.Then you are into the lounge area. A wall mounted smart tv provides plenty of free view channels, access to Netflix and Amazon prime, as well as other apps etc as found on smart tv menu. Our house is just three minutes away from the shops yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. The spacious 5 bedroom property is ideal for one or more families who want to be right in town yet only minutes from the beach, river, shops, parks bars and resturants. With off street parking for up to 4 cars (which is usually a challenge in Exmouth) and a large garden with a patio that offers outside dining for up to 10 people. There is space for everyone to relax and do their thing. There are 55" smart TVs in both the lounge and the breakfast room.
