The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

Great experience at this hotel second time we went. Breakfast was great choice , very well cooked and great variety. We also had dinner with the kids there and was delicious, the chef came to our table to ensure everything was good . Great hotel and great service from reception , restaurant and housekeeping.

Had a wonderful time Brilliant staff especially at 2am when we had a small issue with the ac not working and leaking We were asked if we wanted to change rooms we declined as they had already changed us to this room Food was lovely and hot Small issue custard came out cold 🥶 Thank you to Gemma and all the rest of the staff for the wine and goodies I received on my birthday 🎂

Hello, Staying in Exeter City Center was good choice. service provide by the staff was amazing. From Check-in until check-out I felt very valued and well taken care of Hotel offers meal deal, breakfast + dinner. Big choice of good food for breakfast. Dinner menu offers something for everyone, delicious dinning options I recommended. Room was very clean.

The hotel is very near the city centre but in a quiet district. Easy to walk to from Exeter Central Station. The room was the normal good quality you would expect from Premier Inn. It's location made it excellent value for money. Although it had its own restaurant, it is just around the corner from a Weatherspoons which is located in an old Chapel with balcony seating - cheap and nice.

We stayed in a premier plus room and it was definitely worth the additional cost for the comfy chair, coffee machine and fridge. The hotel is very central for all the attractions eg 10mins walk to cathedral, shops and quay side. The quay side pub called The Prospect Inn had some good ales and food. Also recommend the 'Between Bread' sandwich shop for the best sandwiches and good coffee.

Hotel is a five minute walk to the centre where all the shops are, very clean, staff were absolutely amazing when we had a small issue and sorted it straight away, nothing was too much trouble for them
