Hotel in zona SAV Carrefour, Evreux

Siamo arrivati tardi alle 22:00 e è un piacere avere una receptionista piuttosto che uno schermo. E' stata anche questa giovane donna molto accogliente e utile. Le camere sono pulite e piuttosto confortevoli per un kyriad diretto, piacevolmente sorpresa. Il colazione è corretto e la mattina è sempre così calda. Consapevoli

Abbiamo bisogno di alloggi per 2 notti a Evreux e abbiamo scelto Premiere Class come la descrizione ha fatto suonare come il Premier Inn o Travelodges UK e il prezzo includeva colazione. A circa 50 euro per notte non era economico, ma così via. La stanza che ci fu data la prima notte era solo terribile. Il riscaldamento cadde dal muro - come la pittura! Il lano del pavimento era grotto e indossato. La doccia non si adattava (stava uscendo dal muro) e si evaporava sopra il pavimento. La serratura della porta era danneggiata e non sembrava nemmeno sicura. Le camere erano danneggiate e certamente inigienica. Il nostro primo soggiorno notturno era terribile. Al di sopra della sala c**p, c’erano un gruppo di altri visitatori che non avevano rispetto per altri residenti - rimasti fino a quasi le 3 del mattino facendo un sacco di rumore fuori - tra cui permettere alle loro lingue di correre intorno alle urla e alle baffole. Non c'era nessun personale dell'hotel intorno per dirgli di stare tranquilli. Dopo aver lamentato, il personale ci trasferiva in un'altra stanza per la seconda notte. Anche se la decorazione ecc, era solo un po' meglio, la stanza era almeno tranquilla, quindi abbiamo dormito bene. Ho lamentato questo alloggio e sono stato promesso un rimborso per il primo soggiorno notturno, ma TBH, questo ”hotel” (veramente?) dovrebbe essere chiuso per il riparazione o la ricostruzione (la scala di calcestruzzo sembra essere sofferente dall'ingresso idrico e dal mento Non lo consiglierei come un luogo di soggiorno - e sulla base di questo hotel, evitiamo l'alloggio di ALL Louvre Hotel Group per il futuro prossimo. Il letto era pulito e il colazione (senza servizio continentale di base) era buono. I due membri del personale che abbiamo visto (una sera e l'altra mattina) erano amici e di aiuto.

We made the mistake of arriving on a Sunday, thinking that as it had a bar and restaurant that they would be open. They weren't. I can only think that the three star rating for this place is due to the fact that they have such facilities. Pity they're closed at weekends. We had to drive a few miles to go to dinner on the town. We had to ring a phone number to be let in on arrival, which is not very welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of a tatty industrial park, and we did worry about parking our car there, but it was intact in the morning. We had a kettle in the room, but no cups or tea or coffee. The Receptionist provided cardboard cups etc upon request. The room was OK, basic, but we didn't pay a fortune to stay here. It was clean. Breakfast was a shambles. The Receptionist and a colleague were setting tables, but it turned out that they were setting them for dinner. As we went to sit down, staff removed placemats etc. Simple verbal communication would have been useful, there was no attempt to speak to us in French or English to explain what was happening. We managed to get the last couple of croissants and pieces of bread before they ran out at 8.30. Otherwise we would have had to manage with fruit, yogurts and ham. We did hear some people quite rightly grumbling about it. Upon departure, no-one asked us whether we'd had a pleasant stay, or even wished us ”bon voyage”. A man merely took our key from us with a ”merci”. Bottom line is, that I wouldn't stay here again. There is plenty of choice closer to Evreux.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their night manager. My wife and I showed up at 1:30 AM after having walked from the local hospital (almost 3 miles away) and being turned away at another hotel because “they didn’t have any rooms available”. We were welcomed like family and given a room and a nice meal (we hadn’t eaten in 12 hours). We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning as well as the concern and help of the day manager. Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again. I give them my highest recommendation.

L'accoglienza era corretta, hotel situato vicino a un cartuccia molto frequentato. Il livello tranquillo tetto è da vedere, non appena nessuno passa nel corridoio le vibrazioni dei suoi passi risonano nella stanza, si poteva anche seguire la conversazione di una delle camere mitoiane. Il soffitto della camera da bagno è bagnato e la pittura si scala nel doccia, che non dà una buona impressione quando l'igiene, buon punto c'erano 2 kit di asciugamani messi a disposizione. Il letto è di conforto relativamente basso, che grida al minimo movimento. Per le bevande proposte con la bollitrice ho avuto la sorpresa di avere del latte perduto da 1 mese!

Accoglienza perfetta, manca solo una formula per colazione.

La camera 309 bcp di rumore ascensore più esterno cassa di notte proprio davanti.
