Hotel a Évora, Portogallo

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, nel centro della storia, la decorazione moderna dell'hotel.La cena è deliziosa.L'unica cosa che e'l'aria condizionata troppo calda, non riesce a regolare, non riesce a dormire.

We’ve been travelling for five weeks in Spain and Portugal and this is the first hotel we haven’t loved. The location is good…we walked to and from the bus station. Breakfast was really delicious but it was 8.5 Euros each on top of room in most other Portugal hotels, we’ve had breakfast included for similar price. We just didn’t love our room. I think maybe it hadn’t been upgraded yet. Even with air conditioner on the whole time, it only got down to 24 degrees. For us, the mattresses on top of the bed frames kept sliding off and pillows were really big & uncomfy. Also, it was 40 degrees there and there was no ice in the hotel no fridge in our room to cool down our water bottles. We ended up buying water in plastic bottles which we hate doing.

L'albergo si trova appena fuori le mura della città, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. In camera sono presenti tutti elettrodomestici di design. C'è a disposizione una macchina Nespresso con capsule e bollitore. Stupendo il bagno e doccia separati, veramente una grande idea! Bella la piscina e il bar sul rooftop. Molto comoda anche la palestra. Colazione a buffet buonissima, omelette preparate al momento e macchina per i waffle, c'è tutto a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Non un grande inizio, ma è andato meglio per i 4 giorni. La nostra arrivo era freddo, soprattutto la signora manager che non poteva rompere un sorriso per i suoi clienti. Quindi è un hotel 4 stelle che voleva pagare per la stanza in alto. Poi non hanno accettato Amex e infine il servizio di lavanderia è stato sospeso, ma potrebbero darci i dettagli di farlo da soli lavanderie in città. Non è un buon inizio per il nostro costoso soggiorno. Questo diceva che avevamo un bungalow molto bello, ben mantenuto e un bel ritiro freddo dal calore esterno. Grande pressione di doccia, letti confortevoli. Tutte le cose importanti per una vacanza. Il strano processo di dover prenotare ore specifiche per colazione e cena non ha avuto molto senso, soprattutto perché non ci sono mai più di 4 tavoli occupati per i tempi che eravamo li'. Potrebbe essere un processo ancora in corso dalla pandemia. La gioiello era la piscina al tetto e il solarium. Un bel posto per rifrire dopo il turismo. Il personale che abbiamo assunto era molto bello e utile. È una vergogna che la nostra esperienza iniziale sia stata attenuata dalla gestione e alcune politiche oscure che non si aspettavano per un hotel con 4 stelle.

Moov è un hotel pulito, attraente e confortevole che offre parcheggio sotto l'hotel. Le camere sono piccole, ma confortevoli, con doccia e un bel colazione. Il personale è amichevole e veramente utile. Evora è una città affascinante che offre ruine romane, negozi e ristoranti e al di fuori della città, la versione portoghese di Stonehenge. Ci sono anche aziende agricole e tour di corco.

Ottima posizione, ottima ricezione prestazioni . Quello che sottolinea è il caffè del mattino ( colazione) 10. Buona pulizia , nuove e accogliente strutture . Congratulazioni.

I am very disappointed. This hotel is not designed for couples and families but for mass tourist transit, and it is not all clean or welcoming. Our first night had five busloads of tourists, and everything was designed for quantity rather than quality. The coffee at breakfast could be better, a very bottom-range robusta bean. I had to order a pay-for coffee from the bar, which was only marginally better as I could not stand the bitterness of the breakfast coffee. The buffet breakfast is unappetising, the pancakes dry, the butter still frozen, little choice, etc. As for the rooms. There is no hot water jug nor spoon for me to prepare my carioca de lemaõ, which I drink for my health. Only water bottles were available at a hefty price. The beds were made the Asian way: no upper sheet, just a very thin duvet with a cover and while it is acceptable to some, it was a novelty to me. There were hygiene issues; the dispensers of hand sanitiser were all empty. The sauna and indoor pool shower areas stank of urine. (the hotel reception told us it was probably a faulty canalisation… but the toilets are a floor below the sauna, and maintenance should have closed the area for repairs!!!) The jacuzzi had vert de gris algae growth over its vents, people were wearing outdoor shoes around the indoor pool area, judging from looking at the dirt on the ground tiles, and no one supervised guests for safety or hygiene. It was so dirty. After that, I did not enter the pool for fear of catching something. It was a very frustrating experience, considering I chose to stay in that hotel for its indoor pool and sauna. Having worked and stayed in hotels worldwide, I thought I knew well what quality standard to expect from a 4-star hotel!!!!! I am fast revising my beliefs and expectations downward, as far as Evora Hotel is concerned!!!

Bellissimo hotel nel centro di Evora...un po' difficile da raggiungere in auto per via delle stradine strette del paesino ma dispone comunque di un parcheggio auto interno. Personale gentilissimo, parla fluentemente inglese. Sono stati molto carini all'accoglienza e si sono offerti di prenotarci il ristorante in città per noi. Camera spaziosa, fresca e pulita. Con cassaforte, aria condizionata, frigobar e angolo caffè con macchinetta a capsule. Posizione molto comoda per girare a piedi il centro di Evora. Davvero consigliato

l'hotel è decisamente bello e ben arredato, in posizione agevole, anche la colazione presenta una bella varietà (es. pancake). Quello che mi ha veramente indisposto è la scortesia del personale con cui ho avuto a che fare, tanto nella sala bar, dove ho trovato un'addetta di rara maleducazione, tanto che me ne sono andata, quanto alla reception, con un'altra giovane addetta dal modo a dir poco svogliato: le sembrava evidentemente troppo informarci sul parcheggio dell'hotel, su dove si trovasse, e neppure, con le valige in mano al check out, le è venuto in mente di dirci che potevamo raggiungere il garage con l'ascensore senza fare la strada a piedi da fuori, sotto il sole di agosto. Camera senza bollitore né macchina del caffè e con frigobar desolantemente vuoto. Un albergo che merita un servizio più di livello.
