ottimo hotel con un eccellente qualità prezzo,la struttura è grandissima con a fianco un garage pubblico per l'auto a prezzi veramente bassi e si arriva dall'hotel con ascensore tranquillamente anche per disabili in carrozzina .l'hotel è completamente accessibile ,le stanze de lux che ho preso io sono grandissime con balcone vista lago e accesso a spa. la spa è super,il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile,ci si sente veramente coccolati siamo stati benissimo senza spendere una cifra esagerata,veramente consigliato

Just returned from 8 nights at this Hotel. It is in a beautiful setting with an amazing view over the lake. The hotel is extremely comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. We had the half board option and the quality of the food was excellent. We will definitely be going back.

This hotel is made for those who like good food, great views, and state of the art spa facilities. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and could not be more pleased. The hotel is a perfect high-end establishment with perfect service and attention to detail. They even have shuttles that will drive you back-and-forth to Evian, the Lakeshore and the train station for additional activities. You can take a day trip across the lake to Switzerland. You can do a day trip up in the mountains with some beautiful hikes or you can just visit the historic Sparta town of Evian.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely front office staff It is beside the hill way train station which is fun , it brings you down the hill to the centre of Evian The Restauant was terrible , the staff were fighting amongst them sleeves rather than looking after the guest , the atmosphere was really tense Then when you wanted a drink, the manager said no! The bar is closed because I have no staff ! That is not my problem , I paid to have proper service in the bar and restaurant ! I would stay again as it is really pretty but the food and beverage staff need to sort themselves out !
