Very ala carte.
No coffee maker or beverage option besides vending machines.
No inhouse dining.
Very un motel/hotel like. Glamping without glamping.

It's an extended stay hotel, so upkeep of some things like chairs and floors are lacking due to long term resident damage and turn around time. Other than. That it's cool. Clean sheets refrig, stove, microwave etc.

Property was run down, furnishings falling apart, and poor customer service by not offering a resolution when calling me three hours before check in to say there was a water leak in the handicap accessible room we booked and prepaid. Instead I was just asked if I really needed a handicapped accessible room and when I replied yes because my husband is on a wheelchair I was then told well you can contact ******* for a refund and maybe they can find you another room. No empathy or concern when I stated that we were on our way and driving from several hours away.

This property is run down, despite seemingly having some recent updates. It was very noisy, both from guests and from the freeway right outside the window. When we arrived, and when we checked out, there were people smoking right by the front door (illegal) and when we arrived there were lots of people sort of congregating around the front. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The TV remote was broken. Multiple items in the room were broken. The beds were like bizarre prison beds. The bathroom was good, updated and clean. Shower was good as well. Overall, it was not a good stop. Even for a one night overnight stay.

Property maintenance seemed to be lacking. Minor paint touch up could go a long way. Large hole punched/kick in bathroom door. Very stingy with towels too.

There were children running around infront of the property with no shoes on. When we came back from dinner, there seemed to be a family getting into an argument as we were coming back to our room. Thw whole experience was very uncomfortable
