Very Quiet— the only thing you’ll hear are the birds chirping. Tree lined street in a family oriented, upper middle class neighborhood. Diverse. Walkable.

There are plenty of street parking out front and especially on the side street. Nice little get away
The property was located in a nice neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. We were not able to locate a washer and dryer but other than that, all amenities were as described. Communication with the property manager was top tier! He was super responsive and friendly. This is a basement unit and our upstairs neighbors did not observe the quiet hours, so just know you may hear some noise from upstairs. Property is safe, convenient to downtown and Wrigley field, and we would definitely stay here should we decide to visit the area again.

Amazing Overall
Place was really nice. Property manager was very kind and friendly! Responded in a timely manner. The place was nice and clean. Felt very comfortable during our stay.

Cute, clean and conveniently located Evanston studio apt.
We had a great stay in this Evanston lower level studio apartment while in town for our reunion and Homecoming weekend at Northwestern.
The studio is clean, nicely decorated, good amenities, and conveniently located to both the NU campus and downtown Chicago. Having a dedicated parking spot was awesome too, as the off-street parking fills up quickly in the evening.
My only recommendation would be replacing the really firm mattress with a softer one, or a memory foam topper. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this location to our friends and family.

Northwestern Parents weekend 2024
Cute place, close to Northwestern. Craig the manger was very nice and helpful! Responded to all my questions, very quickly! Would stay again for for sure!!

Pearl Jam weekend
This place was everything needed for my weekend visit. Upstairs got a bit noisy for about a few minutes but after that it was fine.

Convenient fo Evanston and Chicago
This is a small studio but it easily fit three of us. Great if you're going to be out most of the day. Easy mile walk to the Purple Line.
