Amazing Overall

College move in after the holidays. Nice to have a place to rest and drive back home.

Cute, clean and conveniently located Evanston studio apt.
We had a great stay in this Evanston lower level studio apartment while in town for our reunion and Homecoming weekend at Northwestern.
The studio is clean, nicely decorated, good amenities, and conveniently located to both the NU campus and downtown Chicago. Having a dedicated parking spot was awesome too, as the off-street parking fills up quickly in the evening.
My only recommendation would be replacing the really firm mattress with a softer one, or a memory foam topper. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this location to our friends and family.

Northwestern Parents weekend 2024
Cute place, close to Northwestern. Craig the manger was very nice and helpful! Responded to all my questions, very quickly! Would stay again for for sure!!

Pearl Jam weekend
This place was everything needed for my weekend visit. Upstairs got a bit noisy for about a few minutes but after that it was fine.

Garden Studio
easy and close transit access, Owner is quick to respond once your stay has started, will need to be a heavy sleeper with above tenants late/early morning entrance. Other than that clean, comfy studio

Convenient fo Evanston and Chicago
This is a small studio but it easily fit three of us. Great if you're going to be out most of the day. Easy mile walk to the Purple Line.
