房間乾淨，床舒服，前台説明得很仔細，早餐也很好吃，離小鎮5分鐘的路程，bury很nice，下次去還會住這家酒店

On our second night, aircon was really warm at 24! A couple of times I went down but the staff said that she can’t do anything about it. To quote: “I can’t do anything, I’m not an engineer!” 🥴 We ended up staying up most of the night due to the warm room temp! 😡 Stay sates: May 27-29, 2 nights stay

The service from Julie & Scarlet was excellent really clean and friendly environments hotel, will recommend this hotel to my work colleagues, great location for all restaurants in the town… need to change the amount of characters you have to write for the review

I have stayed in this hotel for whilst working in the area several times and it has definately improved greatly over the last year. The rooms are nice especially with the air conditiomjng. The staff are friendly especially Julie and Scarlet who have been very helpful.

Recently refurbished rooms which are much improved upon recent visits to other Premier Inns. The room has plenty of plug sockets with one near the bed which is essential nowadays. I was greeted by a lovely young receptionist named Scarlet who was full of smiles, which was very welcome after a long day at work.

Polite staff, rooms with services all sorted and a good location and parking. Scarlet was helpful with my questions about the room and Julie checked on how our stay was half way through, very good attention to detail. I would stay here again absolutely

Staff are really nice and welcoming and easy to approach. From the moment we arrived they made sure we had everything I needed. When ordering the food and drinks their was an very professional approach but also took the time out to have a light hearted joke with the team and made the experience more enjoyable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice people. Noel on Reception especially good. Clean, tidy and great location. Perhaps not the most modern PI but well cared for and perfectly decent place to stay. Also bike friendly - keep In your room and the lifts are large enough to an accommodate one.

Quiet hotel, good location. Excellent service, particularly from Scarlet! The room was very large for the price category, checking in and out was hassle-free. Restaurant spots needed booking which prevented places being taken up by non-guests.
