Hotel O Eureka Springs - Christ of Ozark Area

Would have given 5 stars but office was locked and had to call for check in. There were no phones in the rooms and they only served breakfast on the weekends.

Manager was very helpful when I asked him about churches in the area .. he had information for me. The rooms were clean. I loved the heart-shaped jacuzzi. I would definitely return to this hotel. Cheri

Very nice stay, we were greeted very friendly and felt good about our check in ! We will for sure stay here again when we’re up that way .

It was OK. I had to call the guy on his cell phone in order to check in, despite calling earlier to leg him know when I would be there to check in. I did get to check in a little bit early. The ice machine was broke and they were doing construction so not many people were staying there. When I went down the next morning for breakfast, there was no one in sight. I later asked the guy about breakfast and he said that sometimes on the weekends they have breakfast. That is not the way it was advertised so I didn't get breakfast which was annoying. I wouldn't stay there again but the location was convenient for me.

Where do I start? A.C. not working, pool closed, ice machine not working, trash cans over flowed in the breakfast area, coffee empty, table clothes dirty Bell not working in lobby. They did move us to a ground floor with functioning A.C. over all extremely disappointing...

The bathtub in room 319 would not work. The sink in room 319 was stopping up while brushing teeth. Housekeeping never came to our rooms. We had to empty our own trash & make our own beds. No phones in the rooms. Ice machine was broken. Website said free breakfast but when we went to get breakfast on day 1 we were notified that breakfast is only a seasonal thing. Rooms on website are not typical rooms as our rooms were very outdated & beds were hard. No phones in the rooms. Had to go get towels. The picnic area is near the road, very unsafe. Needed to check out early for family emergency but was told there is a strict no refund policy… obviously not very understanding. Whenever we tried to go to front desk front door was locked & we had to call to get them to meet us there.

If this were a locally owned motel, I'd prob have just taken it up with the owners, but since this is now an OYO "hotel" I will def review it honestly. First, when I booked this room it was booked as "Hotel O Eureka Springs." I reserved it as a pay at hotel. However, almost IMMEDIATELY after reserving I started receiving emails from OYO hotels and there were transactions made to my bank account "to reserve the room," apparently this is standard practice for OYO. Didn't like that. After confirming my reservation 3 times, I was still called multiple times to make sure I was still coming, on my way to the hotel. The "hotel" was a pretty standard MOTEL, staff was friendly, rooms were basic, there was a TV and a fridge. There was no breakfast of any sort but there was a place you could buy water and drinks. The absolute worst thing was that my children woke up with bites all over them. We tore the bed apart and couldn't find any bugs, so we thought maybe it was something from the night before. However, the next morning, they woke up with more bites on their face, arms, legs, hands... We let the front desk know and they said they'll "make sure to have someone clean it." I'm usually pretty forgiving, but between the creaking floors, bug bites, no breakfast, and basic shower with 2 TINY towels... I will not be booking here again.
