Quiet and great location! Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.

Not comfortable Do not stay here if anyone in your party is older or has knee issues. Neither of us could get out of the queen bed or any of the living room seating because all of it is too low. We ended up sleeping in the twin beds which were not comfortable for mature adults. The yard sale vintage furniture was cute but uncomfortable. The AC did not reach the bedrooms and there were no screens on many of the windows or the sliding door so the apartment was hot and stuffy at night. The kitchen was minimally equipped and there would not have been enough dishes for 4 people to eat together.
