This is a two story house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, kitchen and an outdoor deck. Ground Level: The main door opens to a vaulted foyer with the original central white marble stairway. To the left of the front door is a front sitting room for the whole group with comfortable arm chairs. It also serves as an office space with desk and chair, and a reading space. The kitchen and living area is a single open space with a gas fireplace. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, an island with ba stools, and a gas stove. The family living area is next to the kitchen, with couches and armchairs with gas fireplace and a mounted 50-in TV We have a bar counter and a round pub table for a couple to enjoy a beverage or quiet conversation while looking out the window to the greenery.
