This unit of the duplex will make you want to relax with the whole family or bring your fishing partner for the big win! This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with full functioning kitchen. The lake is only 3 blocks down the street. Boat ramp and any last minute supplies are at Extreme Marina just 4 blocks away. There is electric access for charging your boat or golf cart. If you rent this unit, there will be no one in the other side.

The Little Fish is 1/2 of the Duplex. If you need more room please check out the Big Fish
Guest access
Guests will only have access to the 2 bedroom unit. Amazing place and host

Functionally meet all of our needs
Our half of the duplex is very well decorated & has all of the items need to make it functional and comfortable. We need to be in the area frequently for the next 2 months and will be renting this property repeatedly.

Great spot!
Loved it here! It’s 10 min from Nichols point. Convenient to downtown Eufaula. Larry was very responsive. The place is very well-equipped for cooking and very clean. We will be back! Thank you.

Very nice
This little 2brd, 1 bth house is a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the charming community of Eufaula, Ok.
Immaculately clean and furnished. Wonderful kitchen. Very comfortable living space.

Eufaula Fishing Trip
Cozy and comfy place to stay. It allowed us a place to stay with parking for our boat. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
