Ettlingen: hotel con bar

La stanza è molto piccola, è pulita, la stanza non ha un forno di bruciare, non è consentita di bruciare l'acqua, questo è un ferimento duro.

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Grazie al vostro amico e competente, e il lavoro di Natale dove sicuramente pochi vogliono lavorare. Exteawish è stato soddisfatto senza difficoltà. Hotel è venuto un po' negli anni, ma pulito. A ogni momento.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

Der Spabereich war sehr schön und auch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich bestückt, und es gab genug Plätze. Leider wirkte die Servicekraft im Frühstücksraum etwas gehetzt und hat ihre eigenen Vorstellungen davon, wer sich wohin setzen sollte, damit ihre Wege möglichst kurz bleiben. Menschlich verständlich, aber in so einem Haus bei dem Service nicht ganz so glücklich.
