Сауна подуставшая. Завтрак хороший, но если в один день например яйца могут быть вареные жареные омлет. То на другой день только жаренные. Сегодня лежат кешью фундук, на след день нет. Руководство максимально не лояльное, либо сотрудники не хотят в принципе уточнять возможно ли удовлетворить вопросы клиента. Оформить возврат за лишний забронированный день, включить например 1 ужин вместо возврата, оставить нас в номере и не переселять в другой такой же. Возврат согласовали только после письменного заявления со ссылкой на статью закона о защите прав потребителей

Из плюсов неплохой ресторан и бесплатная сауна с бассейном. В номер хоть и небольшой, но приличный, не раздолбанный, санузел. Но минусов оказалось больше.
Номер со встроенной межкомнатной дверью с соседним номером. Шумоизоляции никакой ни с соседним номером, ни с улицей. В целом, ощущение ночлежки.
Подьезда к отелю нет от слова совсем. Выгружаться будуте прямо с трассы под включенной аварийкой. Парковки тоже нет. Ищите где поставить машину на свой страх и риск.
Весь квартал под знаками "стоянка запрещена". Эвакуаторы работают исправно. 200 м от отеля есть две частные паковки 1000 и 1500 р в сутки.
В общем сюда мы больше ни ногой.

Уехать пришлось раньше чем планировали. К чести работников отеля, несмотря на невозвратный тариф, они согласились не брать оплату за неппрожитые сутки. Однако, сказали, что вопрос нужно урегулировать с Trip.com. И вот тут вылезла вся гнилая сущность этого ресурса. Поддержка двое суток не могла решить вопрос. И в итоге заявила, что они как бы не против, но, ВНИМАНИЕ, посредник, через которого они работают отказал в возврате. Деньги небольшие. Пусть подавятся. Если в поездках заграницу еще есть какой-то смысл, то пользоваться в РФ бронированием на Trip.com я вам не советую. Поддержка медленная и нерадивая. Работают через прокладки, которые имеют решающее слово в спорных вопросах. Была надежда, что вот она замена ***********. Однако увы, это не Букинг.
Одним словом, срамота!!!

За три года немного испортился отель. Номер был прокурен и завтраки тоже стали хуже. В целом хорошее расположение и относительно новый отель

Приятный персонал, чистота, хорошее расположение, из минусов криво висящий телевизор на вываливающимся из стены кронштейне и висящая на проводе вентиляция в ванной комнате.
