We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa near Naples. The breakfast buffet and fantastic amenities truly enhanced our experience. The resort fee of $82, though, caught us off guard upon checkout. It would be great if Trip.com could incorporate this fee into the initial booking to prevent any last-minute surprises. Despite this, we’d be keen to revisit the hotel in the future. The overall comfort, along with the excellent services, makes it a destination worth returning to.

Beautiful resort. Great for families. I wish they had more umbrellas by the pool area. The pool food and beverage service was very nice. I look forward to our return trip.

The Hyatt Coconut Point has fabulous amenities, rooms and spa! The staff is so welcoming and the hotel has such a fun, friendly vibe. I cannot wait to schedule my next trip for another relaxing staycation!

I needed to get away, recharge, renew, and reinvigorate. After a bit of research, I chose the Hyatt in Bonita Springs. I made a good choice. The facility is large and offers a lot of variety with multiple pools, restaurants, and natural views. My room was well appointed with spectacular views of the pools and the water. Housekeeping needs to fine tune their dusting. I enjoyed dining at the four on-site restaurants: Mangroves, Tanglewood, Corkscrew, and Tarpon Bay. Tanglewood was wonderful for breakfast. The team was attentive and professional. Mangroves is a restaurant/bar with a lively staff and great atmosphere. Tarpon Bay was fantastic for dinner. The team was incredibly warm, personable, and professional. The food quality was stellar. The Corkscrew is a diamond in the rough, in need of polishing. This outdoor pool facility has a captive audience but misses the mark on attentive service. The team at Main Street Station is top shelf!!! They are warm, friendly, and focused on customer care. I had a cabana and was treated as a king. My server, Katherine, was splendid. It is obvious that the manager at Main Street Station works with his team to maximize customer satisfaction. His support of his team should be commended. Pool/Outdoor security needs to step up their game. Convention attendees need to understand that no one is here to clean up after them. Stacking empty beverage containers at the edge of the pool is unacceptable. I look forward to coming back.

We had a great trip to the Hyatt at Coconut point. The property had so many great features. The hotel had lots of little nooks to hang out in near the pools, in the lobby, and on the grounds. Service was great, and there were lots of activities for the kids. I also felt like the staff did a good job monitoring the pool area and keeping the kids safe. We took the boat one day to the beach and the service was excellent. Our one complaint was that the pillows are very flat. But there is a number on the key card that you can text for any help you need and we requested more pillows and they were brought right up. Thank you for a great stay!

Family friendly with quiet areas as well! Lazy river, several lavish pools, waterfalls and more. Nearby shopping and boating as well. Restaurants in the area of different types to make your visit comfortable with childre. Many shops on the resort as well. Accommodations were immaculate. 5***** all the way

Absolutely reprehensible hotel and management. We needed to cancel our reservation due to the recent storm, and they refused. Under circumstances will I ever stay here. They can keep my money if it is so important to them, but I will make sure everyone knows about our experience. Way to go, Hyatt!

It has been awhile since we have vacationed at this gorgeous resort. From the minute you walk into the lobby you smell that beautiful aroma and are welcomed with a glass of champagne. The landscaping is so nice and tropic. All the pools, lazy river and slides are extremely clean and so much fun to spend time at everyone of them. We always enjoy taking the elevator down to the pool grounds as you walk through a tunnel with a beautiful mural on the walls. It's like walking thru the ocean (picture below). The Cork Screw pool bar has very good food, plenty to drink and very nice servers. Mangroves is a nice lounge and also has very good food. Our server Cierra was wonderful. She took very good care of us and was so nice to talk too! Thursday, the day of hurricane Helene, the hotel closed down all the pools and had all the entrances/exits closed and sandbagged, except the front lobby. You were free to come and go. Understandably as they wanted to keep all the guests safe from the storm. One of the best things to do is to take the ferry over to the beach. We saw dolphins every morning riding along the ferry. It was such a great way to start the day. The beach is beautiful and you practically have it all to yourself. Not crowded at all and very clean. Wonderful vacation!
