Absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault our stay, debated changing hotels due to, the reviews and I'm glad i didn't now. The hotel was nice and clean the rooms got cleaned every day, the staff was polite even if there was the language barrier they was lovely, it was quiet but I'm assuming that's because it's so early in the year, the food was lovely always something for everyone, non of us went without even with the major power outage the staff did there best. There was stuff that still looked undercooked however i assume it's ok to eat it like that there. The beach was lovely however couldn't go into the sea due to the pebbles if you really wanted to then you probably could. The only issue was there wasn't many shops near the hotel and we couldn't find or see bus stop so got taxis everywhere which was kind of expensive but a trip to estepona Town is well worth it the taxi ride, there's loads of shops.. We found a nice little Italian restaurant to have lunch however there's an abundance of restaurants and we also got an ice cream and walked around the beach there is lovely too, we also took a trip to selwo aventura which was worth it, it was a really big place with plenty to see and do they even have food on site too it's worth the trip. The hotel has 2 large freshwater pools with a children pool and a poolside bar and different areas for the children to play, they also did a kids entertainment on night time. There's an onsite shop with all essentials and even a little boutique too, there's no kettle in room which i found strange however i just asked for one and one was brought later in the day, you can rent the towels for the pool and beach at reception too. There's also a couple of restaurants/cafes and minimarket a 5 min walk outside the hotel.
