Super old. Dangerous area. Not clear. See the towels. Very old and dirty I arrived there 14.30pm. They ask me to wait until 3pm. The Other couple arrived at 10am. They said checkin time is 3pm. They have available rooms now. But need follow the rules. 3pm check-in rules. If you want to checkin early. Have to book yesterday room. Pay additional one day. Really a good rules!! If you want to early check-in. Never book this hotel. (even though they have room available. They Won't Let you check-in. Have to wait until 3pm)

Convenient to bus terminal and metro station but a bit far to attractions. Air-con, hot shower, bed linen are good.

Excellent service provided by front reception. Excellent location,walk to bus terminal.

Really like it here. Great price, really clean and lovely hot water with a bath and comfortable beds. The staff in the restaurant are amazing - so friendly and helpful.

Everything is good except the location. It’s not the community you want to hang around after dark.

Near the main train station and metro station. Buses to airport are 2000 Chilean dollars and right across the street. Located near a mall and felt safe.

房間乾淨衞生，單人床小了點。早餐種類多還不錯。酒店周邊不安全，晚上就不要出門，酒店2樓可以點餐。要是有借用轉換頭服務就更好。

周邊比較混亂，是當地火車站，建議安全出行。酒店設施類似比較差的經濟型酒店，沒有礦泉水，沒有抽紙，早餐選擇不是很多，不過這個價格你不能要求太多

酒店的位置非常不錯，對面就是中央車站，機場班車直達，交通便利，客房衞生間還提供香皂、洗髮水、沐浴露，在南美酒店屬於非常難得了。 酒店早餐非常不錯，前台工作人員也非常負責，看到我們拿着手機在酒店門口打Uber，特地跑出來讓我們將手機放在包裏，不要拿在手上，非常感謝他。 酒店還可以免費寄存行李，我們去卡拉馬前住了一晚，將行李寄存酒店，輕鬆背包去沙漠遊玩了4天，回來後提取了行李，又入住了3天。

推薦，性價比不錯，很乾凈，如果去復活節島，可以免費存行李，機場大巴就在酒店斜對面，倆千比索很便宜！到了巴士站樓一直往裡麪走，從四號門出去，斜對面的22號站牌就是去機場的大巴，衹賣當天的票，每天早上7點發車，二十分鐘一班，準備零錢給司機就可以。如果從機場坐巴士，T1在六號門出來直走就可以看見，T2在四號門出來就是，行李提取出口那可以買票，巴士車那也可以買票，終點下車。穿出巴士樓到四車道的馬路那右轉到紅綠燈路口，過馬路的路邊大樓就是這個酒店，玻璃大門，不太明顯。
