The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds

From start to finish the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and nothing we requested was a bother. The apartment had all necessities, was clean and had a balcony which was great. The location was excellent. It was close to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended the Sebel Moonee Ponds and will definitely stay here again.

Repeated stay. Location is superb, amenities around the area and is less than 10 mins walk to the train station. Very nice place to stay in. Cleanliness could be slightly improved but overall great service and wonderful location. Will definitely love to be back again.

I was there with my family, rooms are very spacious and clean. Perfect for a family or few friends day to stay.

Alittle out of the way from CBD, but has lots of public transport such as tram, train and bus that leads to the city. The place was great! Clean and spacious with a great sun rise view in the morning.

We love staying at Sebel Moonee Ponds, it’s our go to accommodation when in Melbourne. Very convenient location, close to transport, shops and restaurants. The staff and management are all lovely and nothing is too much to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to the Sebel Moonee Ponds for the wonderful stay & service. Simply fabulous apartments, clean, spacious, quiet & great undercover parking. Location is perfect for families as its close to all public transport & eateries. If I could have given a 6th Star, I would to the brilliant staff. I had arrived earlier than expected ( 2 hours), knowing that check in would be available from 3pm... Not an issue, grab a coffee on them & they will organise a room in 20 minutes, brilliant. Have stayed at numerous hotels with higher price tags around Melbourne, simply couldn't go past the Sebel. You have won our family for a returning customer & a big thank you to the wonderful staff (My apologies I'm hopeless with names) who served us on the Saturday (1pm) & Evening, the Sebel group are very lucky to have you as staff !

Whenever I travel to Melbourne for work, I always choose The Sebel Apartments for my stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and Belinda, the manager, consistently makes me feel at home. The rooms are conveniently situated within walking distance of a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are WIFI enabled and with smart TV's in the lounge and bedrooms it is a comfortable stay!

Never stay here! Stifling hot rooms with no temperature controls. Aircon not working. Noisy. Parking was a nightmare and expensive. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. No room service. Was charged $200 for smoking on balcony despite no knowledge that this was not allowed- for extra cleaning. More like as retribution. Very poor form. There was no trace of ash left.
