Eine Grosse Wohnung, Ruhige Lage
Wir - drei Familien und Pärchen - haben die lange Wochenende um die Spielemesse sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und eine praktische Küche für zusammen kochen, essen und spielen, und Stadtzentrum/Messe ist gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für eine kleine Gruppe
Es ist alles in ordentlichem und sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieter sind offen und freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig, obwohl sie an der Straße liegt.
Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoß (Medallion) können wir auch nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Essen
Die Wohnung war gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Sie war groß und geräumig, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen.. Das Ambiente war spartanisch und das Wohnzimmer knapp möbliert (für 5 Erwachsene war das Sofa zu klein und Sessel gab es nicht), Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren eine bunte Mischung.
Zur Wohnung kam man über einen Flur, in dem die Mitarbeiter des im Haus befindlichen Restaurants, rauchten. Sehr unangenehm…
Das Restaurant war aber richtig gut und ist zu empfehlen!
