Situazione 8st molto centrale, specialmente se si desiderava di raggiungere la piazza Viehhofer al Nord Open Air🙂🍺🤘 Camere pulite, letti molto comodi. Se avessi prenotato di nuovo 😁

Ich bin eine gebürtige Essenerin und kenne deshalb das Hotel schon ewig. Die Lage ist zentral, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kategorie geräumig. Ich finde es toll, das man die Fenster öffnen kann. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis, dort gibt es allerdings Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem 100% Empfehlung

Had a great stay in Moxy Essen from 11/06/2023 – 14/06/2023. I was travelling around the Rhine Ruhr region with my friend (and we both have Marriott Gold elite status from staying in a Marriott for university). This hotel was in a great location right next to the HBF station in Essen and was clean and modern. The bar had a good vibe and we had free drinks on arrival. We used points for this stay, and the way that the points worked out meant that we had 2 different bookings over 3 nights, but this was not an issue and we managed to get the same room for the duration of our stay (we even got a bonus welcome drink for it)! I’m probably not going to do the hotel justice here, but it was a well laid out and stylish hotel with decent sized rooms. We had a twin room to share and the staff made extra effort so that we were on the quieter side of the building. We initially checked into the hotel at approximately 2pm, but decided to spend the afternoon in Wuppertal. When we arrived back on the first night. I had a shower, and there was no shampoo. No big deal, but I ended up going down to reception to ask for some. The man couldn’t find any shampoo, but about half an hour later, some appeared, I think he probably brought I from the shop as it wasn’t in the normal bright pink Moxy bottle, but it was really nice of him to make the effort. That day, the weather hit 32 degrees and whilst we were waiting for the shampoo, we tried to work out how the air conditioning worked. Between me and my friend that I was travelling with, we couldn’t work it out, so we asked the employee. However, between the 3 of us and Google we could not work it out. Anyway, I think we were the only people in the hotel that night as this was approximately midnight local time, and I think we went in every room in the corridor. To try and find one with working air con. All of them were empty! We eventually found one that wasn’t like a sauna and packed our stuff and moved. The employee was genuinely the nicest and most helpful employee I think I have ever seen in a hotel, very apologetic, but also very sociable. It was really nice to meet him as he was so happy to help. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he had a ponytail I think and said he was Turkish. I think he will know who we are when he reads this! I saw him off duty in the bar the next night and thanked him. We even got 2 free breakfasts out of this!! The breakfast was good, though probably not worth the price we were told when we booked (I think it was about 15 euros but can’t remember as I have stayed in about 5 hotels in the past week and they have all rolled into one a bit). There was a few cooked items (Bacon & Scrambled Egg) and a few cold/ cereal items, but not loads. I probably wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast as all the Moxys allow a free coffee/ juice in the morning and a pastry, which is a nice touch. Eine neue, gute Adresse. Die Gegebenheiten sind von solider, gehobener Qualität, der Stil des Hotels entspricht heutigem Standard. Bemerkenswert gut funktionieren die Lifts, bemerkenswert zugewandt ist die gesamte Rezeption. Die Preise sind fair, bei sorgfältiger Wahl auch günstig. Nicht ganz so günstig erscheint die Anordnung der Frühstücksräume. Ein großer Vorzug ist es dagegen, dass es im Haus einen Durchgang zu einem Fitness-Studio und einer Bar gibt, wo man auch spätabends und nachts noch Getränke findet, und obendrein auch den einen oder anderen Bissen. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Philharmonie U-Bahn station or just a 15 minute walk from the main station and hence very nicely located. The staff are very professional and gave me a good welcome. The room was very well-kept and for the price, a good size. Excellent WiFi coverage at good connectivity speeds. Overall, a very nice stay in a very nice hotel.

La media di Valk è solo quella di Sheraton. Abbiamo continuato a camminare perché nessuno era qui, ma ci ha quasi messo una cameriera, ha messo una foglia con una penna in mano e ha chiamato a riempire qualcosa, e questo doveva essere il mio nome, la mia stanza e la mia firma, per cui non sappiamo ancora perché. Ma ancora più strano e non come dovrebbe essere messo il foglio, ma non c'era nessuno che l'avesse preso direttamente e quindi c'era un nome e una firma così per prendere! E ancora due piccoli panini speciali e solo quando ci siamo alzati per andarcene, apparve qualche nuovo croissant. Tutto insieme non più di un hotel medio costoso che non avevo aspettato da un hotel con questo nome.

Utente di sedie a rotelle. Architektura moderna. Ad esempio, camera personalizzata e bagno per disabili. I receptionisti parlavano molto bene inglese. Parcheggio gratuito e riservato proprio davanti all'hotel. Buffet di colazione ampiamente. Mia moglie ha chiesto se non poteva avere una materassi “mezza” (dolori alla schiena) e si è portato una “materassi di copertura” . (Grazie) C'è un bar che sembra non attirare molto pubblico. E inoltre non sembra che sia una festa immediata. Wi-Fi eccellente e gratuito. Aria condizionata e molto tranquilla....Molto tempo fa abbiamo trovato un'altra copia del Nuovo Testamento in una stanza d'albergo...E non poteva davvero avere un piccolo frigo in camera ? 4 stelle e 135 euro/notte. L'hotel ha anche una politica sociale. Alcuni lavoratori sono persone disabili. Nell'ambiente non c'è certo niente che possa essere collegato alla vita di ”infanzia”. Devi andare al centro città ...10 minuti di auto (senza file) Ritorna al Kennedyplatz...

Da questo hotel è molto da raggiungere a piedi. Quindi favorevole. Forse bene per chi arriva per mettere un tavolo al rotondo con il nome dell'hotel. L'hotel stesso è meglio trendy, pulito e pulito. La reception è aperta 24 ore. Il bar non offre molto. È un peccato. La combinazione di receptionist e il controllo del bar non è nemmeno utile. La stanza è pulita e pulita. Cosa manca il vetro e le letti di copertura sono sintetiche e quindi troppo calde. Una migliore istruzione per l'aria condizionata/aria condizionata sarebbe utile. Anche le informazioni sulla TV non mi rendeno molto più intelligente. Aprire la finestra durante il sonno significa molto rumore dalla strada. Inoltre, una buona camera di base. La colazione è molto estesa e niente è male. Parcheggio all'interno delle caverne costa 10 euro al giorno inutile e non amica dei clienti. Questa è una buona alternativa per una breve visita a Oberhausen.

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!
