L’hotel ha un grande fascino coloniale ma è troppo poco curato: 1) troppa trasandatezza in edificio e arredi 2) la camera sa di umido/muffa 3) il personale sorride poco, non è mai premuroso; lo staff non sa cosa sia il customer care.Deludente

La mia peggiore esperienza nella vita, un hotel con uno staff come non ho mai visto, arrogante e maleducato! Camera sporca e piena di rumori, questo posto non merita nemmeno una stella! Sono un membro Relais and Chateaux è ho scelto questo hotel perché appartiene a questo brand, ma come può questo brand mantenere questo hotel? Non lo consiglio a nessuno, e il peggior hotel non solo di Essaouira ma in tutti gli hotel del Marocco in cui siamo stati! Guardate le foto della stanza per farvi un idea dove spenderete i vostri soldi.

Lovely staff and hotel but if you want peace there isn’t any . It’s sooooo noisy ALL the time . I gave it a 4 but would probably do 3.5 based on that . Staff were fantastic . Food was great . Pool area a bit flat lacking a**osphere but it was so windy and chilly anyway . So if you’re not noise sensitive go for it !

We stayed for one night but should have booked for more nights. Essaouira is a lovely place but le Palais l’heure bleue makes it magical. We were treated so well by everyone on staff. It is quiet, beautiful and very well located. Would love to come back.

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. A unique Hotel on our Moroccan tour. It was the least expensive hotel we stayed in. But once again, by world standards it is a TripAdvisor 5 star. It is in a fishing village. It was the best room, in the best hotel in the village. Nonetheless, by Morocco standards, it was the humblest room we stayed in. But it is at least as good as any other suite you have stayed in.

Absolutely perfect. Stunning. The location, the settings, the elegant classy luxurious interior decor, the calm, the personnel, the food, the service, the boutique shop, the magnificent suite, the rooftop pool and restaurant and especially the Director who took time to communicate with his guests ...... It was such a pleasure and joy to stay in this Riad for 2 nights. Wonderful unforgettable souvenir. Thank you to the kind efficient staff and to Mr Molle, the Director for allowing us to have such a gorgeous stay.

Avoid rooms near the Medina entrance if you’re a lite sleeper or enjoy the view and use white noise. Rooms are lavish and well stocked, mine had a tub and shower, views onto courtyard are beautiful, musicians in courtyard and restaurant. The terrace has a variety of seating (covered and not), nice pool. Be prepared for alot of wind, so close to the shore. Friendly staff, many know English well enough, some are fluent. Check out L’Petit Spa!

Nicely located and comfortable with super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We also very much enjoyed the dinner experience and breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated, including a nice fireplace. The only negative was that the shower was a bit small. The rooftop pool was nice, but it was too windy to use during our stay. As with so much of Morocco, the hospitality and service commi**ent of the staff was the real highlight!

This wasn't our first choice in Essaouira, but it should have been. Picked up by the porter just outside the Bab. The drive from Marrakech took about 3 hours. Lovely welcome amongst water and plants. My room was very nice on the first floor, but my two sons on the second was even better. It was a big suite. Breakfast was excellent, (we ate out in Essaouira each evening), do try the local places.. All the staff were very friendly and provided Casablanca beer whenever requested! Great place to stay and easy to walk around Essaouira. I would stay again.
