Hotel in zona Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion, Esquimalt

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel in base al prezzo, alla posizione e ai parcheggi gratuiti. Anche se le valutazioni precedenti non erano in parte buone. Quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi - la zona di entrata è molto invitante. La ricezione è stata molto gentile, abbiamo ricevuto alcuni suggerimenti che si sono rivelati molto preziosi. La stanza era moderna, solo un po 'piccolo. A questo proposito c'era un balcone con vista sulla piscina vuota. È particolarmente positivo menzionare il bagno. Tutti gli specchi molto moderni, riscaldati e una doccia piena. Con l'auto ci sono peraltro solo pochi minuti al centro.

Un posto molto accogliente dove ti senti come a casa, le amiche delle persone sono una grande cattura, le 2 ragazze che hanno iniziato a preparare il vostro colazione sono sempre indossate un sorriso dolce che ti rende giorno con grande inizio, Gloria e Darren prendono sempre il miglio per fare suggerimenti per i luoghi di visita e di cenare a vostre preferenze, l'uomo incaricato, Sam, mi ha davvero impressionato quanto andassero a fare un business alberghiero convenzionale con grande preoccupazione di essere Green, la squadra lì fa differire da altri e consiglio chiunque sia a visitare Victoria per prenotare la tua stessa coppia di notti lì

Comincio con il buon ..... parcheggio gratuito, acqua calda, doccia di energia, asciugamani e caffè freschi giornalieri, tavolo per ferro e ferro, buon personale, microonde, caldaia, Keurig, frigorifero. La nostra stanza era OK. Tuttavia, non c'è ascensore. Il letto si scioglieva ogni volta che si muoveva, le sorgenti erano rumorose e quando uno si svolse, l'altro si seguiva, entrambi si svolse insieme, ha bisogno di una nuova matita e base. Le mutande erano grumi e non avevano alcuna sostanza per loro, anche quando si usavano due. Le tende erano filati e dipinti dalle pareti. Non c'è sicurezza nella stanza. Gli armadi e le maniche sono minime. La grotta nera tra le piastre sul pavimento (necessita di una scatola con un po' di pulizia della grotta). Non significa che non sia stato pulito, perché non c'era capelli nel bagno o nel bagno di precedenti occupanti che abbiamo visto la stanza era pulita quotidianamente con asciugamani freschi. Il bagno non era nel bagno, ma nel dormitorio. Bacino e sauna .....bacino era caldo, ma ha bisogno di una pulita - ci sono stati bug vivi nella piscina che eravamo in essa circa 10 minuti prima di uscire come eravamo grossi, non si può vedere il fondo che era nuvoloso. Le saune sono separate, un maschio e una femmina con strutture di cambio non le abbiamo usate non le abbiamo usate anche la sala fitness. Accesso alla piscina/sala/sala fitness, è necessario andare fuori, camminare per la strada e poi entrare nel palazzo. Il pranzo in loco ....Il grande staff Loft con buon sale di pub cibo n pepperoni pepe pepperoni erano molto il personale cucina lavorava molto duro. La musica viveva la maggior parte delle notti, ma non è stata disturbata da esso. Il Coachman, abbiamo avuto 1 colazione lì, e non era grande. Apparentemente, il cuoco era Grumpy quel giorno .... forse per questo non era grande? La cameriera era grande. Tutto il personale, erano grandi, la doccia era potente e calda, il letto non era comodo non rimarremo qui quando visitamo il prossimo.

What I can say is the location was so perfect for us. The transportation just 2mins walk from the bus stop,10mins drive to downtown and malls is only 5mins walk from this hotel. But 2 things that makes me disappointed, first is on our first night in the middle of the night the air conditioner became to noisy the noise was so annoying at first we ignored it because we’re in the middle night and we’re sleeping, but the noise of the AC doesn’t stop and it became to loud so we need turn it off. Since its in the middle of the night we just ignore it and we go back to sleep since the temperature of our room is still cold. So in the morning we reported it in the front desk about the AC to check the AC of our room. But the front desk wasn’t sure if can be fix on that day so he suggest to give us a stand fan. Since we got no choice we agreed for his suggestion for the stand fan because we have to leave the hotel and go somewhere. We came back late night like 10pm. We saw the stand fan but we did now turn on yet, we try to turn on the AC if its fix and no more noise. Like 1-2hrs the AC is ok its normal, but when we’re about to go to bed and sleep the AC begun rattling and too noisy. So we need to turn it off the AC. So 2nd thing is the stand fan we got no choice so we turn it on the stand fan but sadly the fan takes 10-20mins to start the fan and when fan started is too noisy just like the AC. So in our 2nights when dont have a good sleep. 😂 But all in all the cleanliness of the room was excellent except the trouble of AC and Stand Fan 🤣🤣🤣

The hotel in general was alright. Nothing too special or fancy. There was a good restaurant at the base called Bin 4. What makes this hotel not great is that from the time that we were there (3 nights), 4 car windows were smashed and broken into including our own car. There was nothing in the vehicle. It seemed just to happen for the purpose of breaking something. The worst part is the day if we had to do a 7 hour drive home taking the ferry and the Coquihalla. The hotel says there is 24/7 security and people at the hotel which just doesn’t make sense for so many vehicles being broken into. Of course the hotel isn’t ‘responsible’. May not be the place you want to stay and certainly don’t leave anything in your car.

住這個酒店，早上醒來一定會驚艷到你，窗外的景色美到讓人窒息。酒店設施都很好，周圍景色也很美，衹可惜逗留時間太短，以後一定再來。早餐的一位女服務員非常非常熱情，可以讓人心情好一整天，點贊。

We stayed in the Laurel wing of the hotel in a ”partial” harbour view room with a standing balcony. Although 2 small chairs could be put on the balcony to make it more user friendly there is no patio furniture. The view was very nice & the room was clean. However, the laurel wing is certainly looking it's age. Worn & damaged baseboards in the hallways, worn carpet & the decor & furniture in the rooms are outdated. Some maintenance of the lighting & drains were needed. Shower/tub was small, cramped & dark. There is a small mini fridge & a Nespresso maker (for very small cups of coffee) but no microwave. The room was supposed to have a kettle but we had to ask for one as none was in the room. Our bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is only every 2 days & we were told that when we checked in. We didn't ask for an adjoining room & weren't told we had one. We don't care for these types of rooms due to noise. And noise there was. Lots of noise. Kids running in the hallways like it was a race track, people talking loudly, slamming doors, etc. If we wanted a slightly better room with more of a harbour view or a balcony with furniture we would have had to pay substantially more money. Everything seemed to be an additional cost at this hotel. Only water from a dispenser was free. Even a piece of fruit had a cost. The restaurant looked very nice & there is a wonderful patio area attached to it. However, prices were outrageous which prevented us from eating there. A small burger with no side was $20. There is no coffee shop to get a take out coffee or small meal. There are a few food & drink items at a kiosk by the desk that you pay for. There is a pathway that you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf & also to the downtown. Both were wonderful to walk on. It is a short walk to downtown as the hotel is outside of the main part. The staff were friendly & helpful. However we were told nothing about the amenities of the hotel when we checked in such as how to connect to wifi, where the pool was, that there is a sitting area outside the conference rooms, etc. It was on our bucket list to stay at this hotel for years. We finally took a big breath & decided to pay the price which in my opinion is too high for what you get. Because of that, regretfully we won't likely return.

La posizione geografica è migliore, nel centro della città di Victoria, si può camminare per l'intero posto caldo.Anche se le strutture dell'hotel sono leggermente vecchie, la vista + balcone doppio della stanza di vista di Hong Kong è ancora molto comoda. Inoltre, la sala fitness e la piscina sono molto grandi e c'è tempo per sentire.

Il servizio era buono, sono stato accolto al momento del check-in e mi è stato chiesto se volevo un biscotto. Personale gentile e cordiale. La camera dell'hotel era molto pulita, il letto era estremamente confortevole. Era solo all'8° piano e aveva ancora una bella vista del centro cittadino e si poteva vedere un po' del porto interno. Le opzioni TV in camera sono estremamente sc****, solo un cavo di base e la TV è montata in modo tale che collegare un computer o qualcosa di simile per guardare Netflix non è davvero un'opzione. Sono stato qui due volte, mi sono divertito entrambe le volte e probabilmente torneremo di nuovo.

La ricetta dell'hotel è molto buona. Non riesco a trovare un turbinato nella mia stanza. Di'alla ricetta due volte. Poi mi ha mandato una stanza completamente nuova, è molto gentile! La stanza dell'hotel è molto grande, le strutture sono complete, gli strumenti per la pulizia sono anche coperti, il hall fornisce caffè e frutta. Oltre all'età dell'hotel, dopo che è necessario andare sulle scale, tutto è buono, l'igiene ha ha ha ha ha ha, tutto bene
