32 km north-west of Helsinki, lake Velskola/Pitkäjärvi (length 4 km, width 400 m), shallow water, firm sanded bottom, 1 rowing boat (motor boats are not allowed). 2 buildings, total living area 300 sqm.
Main house is a 3-storied wooden building (150 sqm middle floor + upstairs and downstairs) 1980, renovated 2001. Downstairs hearth room, wash room, dressing room, sauna (electric sauna stove).
Middle floor: kitchen, living room (convertible sofa 2 persons), bedroom with 2 beds, toilet, open veranda.
Upstairs bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 3 beds, hall. Hot and cold water, shower, WC, TV.
Guest house (75 sqm): upstairs a small bedroom (height only 165 cm) 2 beds, sleeping loft 1 bed. Middle floor: living room, open fireplace and kitchen. Downstairs: dressing room, wash room, sauna (electric sauna stove). Hot and cold water, shower, WC, TV.
Lake side sauna is renting for extra cost in use between 15.4 - 1.11. each year. Sunny lawn yard. Surrounded by nice hiking areas. Velskola toimintakeskus outdoor areas 2 km, Pirttimäki outdoor areas 5 km, Oitaa about 6 km, Nuuksio about 10 km, Luukki 10 km (by foot about 4 km).
The lake side sauna is not included, but in can be rented on request (100 € /evening).
Only 32 km to Helsinki sights, Serena water amusement park 10 km. Restaurant Kaisankoti 4 km. Five golf courses within 30 minutes car trip.
Note! Only 1 dog allowed. Not rented for groups consisting of under 25 yeards old people.
