This place is such an awful and filthy cigarette-smelling dump that I think they have been manipulating reviews here and on other sites. The bedrooms are outdated, damp, dark and smelly. The AC does not work. Stay away from it. The breakfast in served on an windowless underground room, and is also really poor, to say the least.

The two receptionist Buse and Dilan were excellent. They are friendly and helpful. Both deserve to work in a 5star hotel. Their English was good and they understand every word you say. Young and pretty. The toilet was small . I stayed in a suite room for 4nights. Not even a place for my tooth brush.Everything else was average, I would not come there again. I am sure you can find better place if you pay a little more. Location good and all walking distance.

Arranged our trip to Eskişehir at last minutes and delay on our bus arrival close to midnight, we were delighted by super friendly welcoming of Büşra Hanım. The hotel was clean, the suit was more than we expected. In winter time the hotel was really warm and comfortable. The breakfast room was super clean with sufficient breakfast. Location wise is close to city center, Porsuk Çayı, and easy accessible by public transportation. Very much recommended for travelers to Eskişehir.

Otel çok Merkezi, tatlı personel ve zengin kahvaltı. Mutfaktaki Gülşen Hanım büyük efor sarfediyor. Odaların ses geçiriyor dışarıdan maalesef. Fiyat ve kalite performansı iyi. Önerebiliriz. Suitlerde 2 oda var ve ufak bir mutfak……..

Otel Fiyat/Performans olarak çok iyi. Merkezi konumda, heryere yürüme mesafesi. Konaklama süresi boyunca ilgi alaka ve misafirperverlik için çok teşekkürler Odaları çok iyi 1+1 tasarlanmış fiyat performans açısından daha iyisi olamaz. Temiz ve konforluydu.

Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en çözüm odaklı otel herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldım öncelikle merkezi konumda olması en büyük avantaj hijyen konusunda çok dikkatliler en ufak sorunumuzda hemen çözüm bulmak için uğraşıyorlar yeme içme konusunda da mükemmel

Merkezi lokasyon, geniş odalar. Eskişehirin gezilebilecek yerlerine, belkide en merkezi lokasyonda. Tramvay, otobüs ve taksi durakları iki adım, resepsiyondan şehir haritası alıp sözlü ve görsel nereye nasıl gideceğinizi öğrenebiliyorsunuz ki şehri bilmeyen biri için çok değerli bir hizmet. Personelleri çözüm odaklı, her şey için teşekkür ederim.
