I would normally have rated this hotel quite highly and been glad to award it the same kind of reviews as it seems so many other people who have used its services have already previously appreciated. However, despite its benefits – and I stress that this really is only based on my personal experience – I left earlier than I intended and with a very bad taste in the pit of my mouth. Let it be understood that in general, Andorra is the kind of place that is totally geared towards screwing whatever money it can out of the tourists who visit – and what happened to me through this hotel was simply another example of this kind of behaviour that is unfortunately evident pretty much everywhere within this country that would like to offer itself as a cultural and lifestyle alternative to Monaco – but has as much chance of doing this as either might Bognor Regis, Benidorm or Larnaca. The bottom line here is that whilst the facilities on offer are perfectly acceptable – though basic, minimalist and quite cramped – the morality behind the Management's treatment of its guests is seemingly only copacetic for as long as the visitor shuts-up, pays-up and has no issues. ... Such as, and by happenstance, was not my case. Unfortunately, due to a burst water pipe emergency in my home above Monaco, I had to leave three days earlier than anticipated. I asked the Hotel if they would be prepared to reimburse me the unused days and they told me to go through *********** – who had taken my reservation – and ask them to contact the Hotel by return with the authorisation for the reimbursement. The Hotel management stated that “normally”, in the case of an emergency, such a request would be favourably received. After two days of back-and-forth with Booking.com's 'faceless' Customer Service, I was informed that it was actually the Hotel who would make this decision. Look – it's not about losing the cost of the extra three nights: I can afford it. No worries there. No – rather is it that the INEFFICIENCY – or purposeful veniality of the staff – actually compounded the growing sour taste in my mouth by SURCHARGING me the Turist Tax TWICE OVER – for a so-called “double booking” – when I had EXPLICITLY reserved as a SINGLE traveller: the added amount being directly and illicitly charged to my Credit Card without my authorisation or any request having been previously made. Furthermore, the way that this was done was in such an underhand manner that it also purportedly laid the onus of the blame on ME because I had supposedly not paid this on Check-Out: when, in fact, I had asked both Receptionists of the previous evening, AND the Night Receptionist - (early on the day of my departure( - whether I was “all paid-up”: and had been assured that I was. Note that I have absolutely NO issue in paying ANYTHING that is legitimately owed. Muy mal, esta semana no pude llegar al hotel por una huelga de agricultores y no quisieron cambiarme el día ni devolverme lo pagado Aconsejo reservar en otro hotel, cerca hay otro hotel y si le cambiaron de día la reserva. No es culpa mía que las fronteras estuviera cerrada.

Hotel limpio, muy bien ubicado en el centro de Andorra la Vella. Si vas con coche tienes varias opciones de parking público a pocos metros. Perfecto si lo que quieres es aprovechar para comprar ya que tienes el Illa al lado y la zona de tiendas. La atención del personal muy buena, dispuestos a ayudar con dudas en todo momento.

Habitacion como un zulo, sin apenas luz, daba a un patio de luces que no sabias si era de noche o de dia, el calor asfixiante pues aunque abrieras la ventana tenias la pared de enfrente en las narices, no podiamos abrir ni la maleta sino era sobre la cama pues no habia ningun espacio, el armario dentro del baño, la repisa de la ventana llena de polvo sin repasar en dias, al ir a ducharnos las toallas llenas de carmin de mal lavadas, que pena de hotel… suerte que fue una noche!!! sino nos vamos antes a dormir al coche…nos quejamos y en recepcion nos digeron que era el pan de cada dia las quejas!!! Por todo y mas les han quitado una estrella y ahora es tres estrellas pero el precio no lo han bajado, busquen otro hotel o se arrepentiran

Hotel pequeño, bien situado, en el centro, con parkins comunales cercanos (difícil encontrar sitio a ciertas horas). Recepción con pequeña zona común, personal amable y servicial. Habitación correcta, limpia, con nevera y vistas a la calle (únicamente es difícil dormir con ventana abierta al ser muy ruidoso el centro de la ciudad). Desayuno buffet correcto y a buen precio teniendo en cuenta el de otros hoteles cercanos. En el mismo hotel hay entrada directa a un restaurante japonés, a poca distancia hay muchas opciones de restauración, compras, etc. Lo recomendaría para una escapada en Andorra, muy buena relación calidad precio.

Reservamos un hotel de 4* y nos encontramos con un hotel de como mucho 2* barato. La habitación muy pequeña, el aseo con una bañera muy vieja con manchas de humedad en la pared, el armario ropero dentro del aseo, lo nunca visto, y la guinda del pastel fue la cama, un colchón q se hundía por el centro con más años q el propio hotel, super incómodo y clavándose toda la noche los muelles, ni q decir tiene q no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Sin hablar de la recepcionista, cuando nos quejamos por la cama nos dijo q los cambiaban muy a menudo y q había gente q les pedía la marca del colchón ( una cachonda la chica, no se lo cree ni harta de vino, se nota no ha dormido en esos colchones). Una completa decepción, menos mal q sólo reservamos una noche. Sin duda ni lo recomiendo ni volveré.

Atención del personal de recepción en este caso Ailin, muy atenta y amable. Cualquier problema te lo solucionan rápidamente. La atención de la chica del bufet Muriel, un encanto, los dos dias que estuvimos super atenta en todo. El personal del hotel un 10 en atención. Sí, le pondría una pega al hotel, habitación muy pequeña y el armario esta dentro del baño 😪 Ubicación perfecta!
