DESASTRE AUTENTICO!!! Me alojé en esté hotel con tres menores pagando por una niña de 12 años como adulta. A partir de ahí comenzó el show llego a la habitación la 408 y eso parecía la noche de halloween daba pánico, la habitación a medio pintar, el techo del lavabo se caía, también encima de la litera se caían la madera colgando, las salidas del aire cerradas el baño por terminar. Y para colmo cuando ya tengo los niños durmiendo me pican de recepción que no nos duchamos que se inundaba los baños de abajo. Horrible. Encima lo comento en recepción y a los 2 días recibo una llamada del Señor Francesc pidiendo disculpas y que por favor no publicará una reseña negativa a cambio de una estancia de 1 día. Señor Francesc le regalo el hotel porque está horrible y sigo esperando su llamada.

Never ever again stay in EXE Prisma hotel If you expect to receive a 4-start service in this hotel, can forget about it. Firstly, they informed they have a parking lot in the hotel, but after arrived they just say sorry, the parking is full. So, we had to find the space somewhere else. Not to mention, parking + location was the main pros in my decision to book the hotel. Secondly, 4star hotel should provide slippers and soap in the room, but those were missing. Soap finally received after our inquiry. Thirdly, if you expect to have toilet brush, please don’t. Your poops will remain in the toilet bowl, till the next room service. Some other minor fails – used out furniture in the room, missing flooring elements, broken fan just in the middle of the drying kids hair, tried to charge us with 4 breakfast each time including my 2 years old, and 4 years old kids, bringing dirty towels. Have to emphasize on dirty towels – better check for the spots every time when you about to use so called fresh towel. The last, but not least, we checked-out 1 day prior, but never received the refund for the last night. They offered the promo for our next stay, which will never happen. I will not get broke due to 150 EUR, hope the hotel will use my money wisely to improve their personnel clients-orientation and level of service.

Arriving on saturday, expect that there may be no parking available. You would need to look for a public parking - this is difficult during weekend. Rooms require renovation. Hotel located next to busy shopping area. Nice restaurant for breakfasts - I recommend it.

Hotel not for a wheelchair users. I can't get close to the seat to transfer on - not a roll-in shower. Soap, shampoo & shower head on the opposite wall & all mounted out of reach. Hotel Exe Prisma shouldn't advertise as with "facilities 4 disabled guests" There's plenty of room for a roll-in shower. It's design and planning fail.

Tres grande chambre pour 3 adultes Grand lit et 2 simple superposés 2 salle douche séparées bon matériel de lit et de confort chambre Le bémol la 1 * chambre très bruyante à l’entrée des ascenseurs et malgré notre demande la lampe chevet HS ensuite il serait judicieux de prévoir des brosses de toilette wc . Par contre nous avions retenu une place parking mais ayant un véhicule un peu long on m’a déconseillé d’y aller car place et accès très très étroit !! Il a fallu se garer bien plus loin et à un tarif prohibitif!! Petit déjeuner très bon très copieux très varié je recommande de l’inclure avec chambre il en vaut la peine En conclusion bien central pour achat pas loin de Caldea et si vous avez un petit véhicule c’est très bien

POR TODO LO DEMAS LO RECOMIENDO CENTRICO ,PARA APARCAR TENEIS CERCA MUCHOS APARCAMIENTOS Y EL DEL HOTEL Y CERCA DE LA MILLA DE ORO DE ANDORRA LAS TIENDAS Y DE CALDEA .

Hotel bien ubicado pero MUY ruidoso y con un decepcionante servicio de recepción (al menos las dos personas que atendían la tarde del 27 de julio). Las instalaciones están bien y la ubicación también, pero tiene algunas carencias importantes: - Llamé unos días antes para reservar el parking y me dijeron que llamara la mañana que llegara y me reservarían plaza. Así lo hice y sin problemas tomaron nota y me dijeron que llamara al interfono del parking al llegar. Así lo hice y mi sorpresa fue que al llegar la recepcionista me dijo que me habian informado mal y que se ha de reservar al llegar y que el parking estaba lleno. Obviamente me negué a aceptar la respuesta y le dije que dos compañeros suyos me habían dado otra información diferente. - Las habitaciones con litera para niños la tienen justo a la entrada de la habitación, la puerta no está aislada acústicamente y si estás en la 1a o 2a planta oyes todas las conversaciones del personal de recepción (y esa tarde el hombre y la mujer que estaban trabajando no pararon de hablar entre ellos), se nos puso el hijo malo y fue una odisea. - Para mas inri en un lateral del hotel viene todo el ruido de una discoteca, con lo cual tuvimos la noche perfecta. La próxima vez que volvamos a Andorra iremos a otro hotel
