1 - In primo luogo, l'atmosfera è sorprendente. L'hotel ha una buona vista dalla terrazza e si possono prendere delle foto sorprendenti. 2 - Non tutte le camere sono le stesse. Il mio amico ha una grotta autentica con un tubo all'interno mentre abbiamo ricevuto una stanza che è normale guardare (anche se ha alcune caverne come caratteristiche) e nessun tubo. 3 - Non abbiamo visto nessun altro cliente quando siamo rimasti qui. Ci sono solo 2 della nostra famiglia! Ciò significa che probabilmente siamo andati in una stagione estiva o l'hotel non è una destinazione preferita per soggiornare. 4 - Devi camminare almeno 1 km fino al vicino ristorante 5 - La colazione è semplicemente buona. Il cibo è delizioso ma meno varietà. Si ottiene pancake, omeleti, tostapane, altri piccoli articoli turchi. 6 - L'ospite è molto utile. Egli è anche il proprietario dell'hotel. Ci sono altri aiutanti ma solo li vediamo al mattino per aiutarci con colazione. 7 - Non aspettare alcun servizio in camera. Suggerire di andare a prendere la bottiglia d'acqua davanti a sé e qualsiasi altro snack che vuoi. 8 - Le camere sono spaziose. Tuttavia, ho trovato polvere sul mio giacca quando sono arrivato lì. Non ci sono neanche fan nella stanza, perché la temperatura è abbastanza normale ma per essere onesti, può avere poco stuffy/hot inside. 9 - Il più grande sconto che ho avuto con questo hotel è che non si possono vedere baloncini d'aria caldi dalla terrazza. In realtà dipende dalla stagione. Questo non è stato specificato da nessuna parte, quindi assicuratevi di chiederle prima di prenotare questo hotel.

We chose the Serinn House for our stay in Cappadocia because it was outside the main tourist area, offered Wi-Fi, breakfast, free parking, and had great reviews. I wanted quiet luxury at a reasonable price and was extremely pleased with our choice! The hotel is tucked behind a few restaurants in a quieter area of Ürgüp, among a handful of other high-end hotels. We entered through a beautiful teal door and found ourselves in a garden courtyard. The owner met us upon arrival and helped us settle into our first-floor cave room. The room was well-appointed and cozy, with plenty of space to work, relax, and settle in for a few days. The owner directed us to Mihre Restaurant Kapadokya at Zeydem Suites. Dinner was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the following two mornings and had a delightful stay. Everything was clean, well-appointed and beautifully designed. The owner and staff were all friendly and accomodating. We would stay again! Please note this is not in a main tourist area - but if you're looking for something quieter and beautiful - this is your spot! We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see!

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Atmosphere was very nice. The staffs were working hard, and we liked it. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. We enjoyed the wonderful view from the terrace. When I asked the staff, they suggested dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. The music show at the restaurant was an unforgettable evening! We enjoyed walking around the hotel and it was also great experience for us.

Permette di provare l'emozione di dormire nelle caratteristiche abitazioni della zona. - POSIZIONE: si trova a Urgup, paese meraviglioso da visitare. ottima la posizione per raggiungere tutte le principali città della zona. Vista dalla camera emozionante. - PULIZIA: servizio di pulizia ottimo e locali estremamente puliti e profumati - PERSONALE: estremamente gentile ed accogliente. Disposto a raccogliere tutte le esigenze del cliente. - SERVIZI: presenza di SPA che comprende una sauna con vista spettacolare, un hamman e una piscina (esterna). Facilmente accessibile. Presenza di due ristoranti all'interno di cui uno con piatti caratteristici turchi, porzioni abbondanti e ottime; uno con piatti gourmet tipici della Cappadocia. Quest'ultima presenta menu fisso composto da 5 o 8 porzioni a ciascuna delle quali viene abbinato un vino tipico. Spettacolare. Da provare. Si richiede prenotazione perché è molto richiesto. Inoltre, possibilità di avere anche la cena in camera. Nessuna critica. Credo sia un'esperienza da provare assolutamente.

__Q9759TDПроживали в отеле с 21.10 по 24.10 2021г. Получили огромнейшую массу положительных эмоций. Сам отель достаточно небольшой, даже по турецким меркам. Но уж очень он колоритный и аутентичный. Фасад ничем не примечателен, по внешнему виду ожидаешь стандарта. Но даже с рецепшена начинаешь понимать, что все гораздо интереснее. Внутренне убранство, как номера так и мест общего пользования оформлены под времена заката османской империи. Каменные стены без штукатурки, резные перила лестницы, сама лестница - деревянная, деревянные пузатые шкафы, ажурные витееватые железные кровати, деревянный резной диванчик, дорожки на полу, вышитые покрывала - все это создало для нас настоящее погружение в сказку. Два дня только тем и занимались, что отфоткали все локации в отеле. Окончательно меня добил телефон - этакий черный монтроузый аппаратище в стиле дедушки Ленина. Как оказалось, это не оформление номера, а вполне себе рабочий аппарат. При этом вполне себе современная ванная комната с душевой кабиной и сам номер с прочими благами цивилизации в виде телевизора, чайника, кондиционера и холодильника. В период посещения погода приблизительно такая же как в Одессе: днем + 15-18, ночью - + 4-6. Поэтому на ночь включали отопление. По желанию можно самому выключить, что мы и делали. Очень приветливый обслуживающий персонал. Желательно знать английский, русского не знает никто. Нам, с 10 словами английского на двоих было сложновато. Но тем не мение никакого негатива не испытывали. Очень приятный в общении дедушка-владелец отеля. Даже изобразил 2-3 слова на русском и одно на украинском. Кормили достаточно неплохо. Английский завтрак в форме шведского стола: тосты, овощи, маслины, очень вкусное домашнее масло, колбасы, сосиськи, джемы-варенья 4-5 видов. Всего штук 25 емкостей с тем что покушать, спустя 2 недели всего уже и не упомнишь. ОЧЕНЬ вкусный кофе. Обеда нет, да он и не нужен, т.к. днем постоянно где-то вне отеля. Ужин из трех блюд. Разносят официанты. На первое различные крем-супы, всегда очень вкусные. На второе - блюдо турецкой кухни. Опять же очень вкусное. Специи конечно-же чувствуются, но все в пределах допустимого. На десерт что-то сладкое))). Порции очень большие, супруга ни разу не смогла съесть полностью весь ужин. В качестве напитка - вода, бесплатно. Все прочие напитки за ужином платно. Цена достаточно большая, за 50 гр. Walker'а 7$. Такая тенденция во всех отелях. Поэтому советую запастись горючим. К тому же магазинов с тяжелым спиртным я увидел всего 2, - и цены, опять же, высокие. Очень красивый внутренний двор, где приятно посидеть с дарами дъюти-фри)). Сам отель находится на достаточно крутой возвышенности, а центр поселка (где-то километр от отеля) в низине. Приятно спускаться, а подъем - суровый фитнес. Поселок небольшой, место туристической направленности в принципе хватает. Одного дня на погулять полностью хватит. Abbiamo trascorso una parte delle vacanze turche in questo hotel che domina la città di Urgup, che ci ha lasciato un magnifico ricordo. Le suites sono molto belle, ricavate dalle case scavate originariamente nella roccia lo staff e cortese e premuroso. Menzione speciale alla colazione, come qualità e come ampiezza della scelta, ed ai servizi complementari dell'albergo (la gita privata è stata eccellente,e I prezzi sono stati i più interessanti.) Finalamente Una perla ad Urgup. Questo cave hotel, regala la qualità dei servizi di un 5 stelle, con un 'atmosfera magica unica della Cappadocia.L'alta attenzione al ospite rendono il soggiorno ancora più magico.
