Hotel in zona Sa Carbonera - Mirador, Es Cana

What a fabulous hotel, I had an amazing stay. From the time I arrived, to the time I checked out, I absolutely can’t sing the praises of this hotel and their staff enough. From the reception staff, to concierge, to the wait staff and housekeeping, they were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone I encountered could not do enough to make sure my stay was fabulous. I had a beach facing room, which is well appointed and had everything I needed. I love the sliding balcony doors, which meant I could sit on my bed and have a morning coffee, pull them back and watch the waves on the beach. The pool area is lovely, super comfy sun loungers and very attentive staff to keep the cocktails and water coming! I also used the beach area, which was also fabulous with plenty of space and beds for everyone, with amazing service too. I do want to mention Oscar Beade, he was so kind, helpful and approachable, he totally made my stay an amazing experience. Thank you Oscar. Choosing this hotel was the best decision, it’s in a perfect location, is beautiful and I just can’t recommend it enough.

E’ proprio un hotel carino, arredato con gusto e personalita’. Si sta bene perche’ il personale e’ davvero a disposizione. Le suite vista mare sono belle e ampie. Vista impagabile, panorama mozzafiato. La colazione e’ a un livello alto anche se con un piccolo sforzo sarebbe top. Ristorante piccolino, piscina molto bella e rilassante nei colori. Siete a Santa Eulalia, un paese sul mare fuori dal caos di Ibiza. Eppure siete vicini a tutto. In zona ci sono spiagge molto belle. Difetti? La pulizia nelle camere a volte dovrebbe essere piu’ attenta. Provatelo e non ve ne pentirete

In vacanza la prima settimana di luglio24 con la mia famiglia. Hotel perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ideale per coppie e famiglie. Forse non lo consiglierei a compagnie di ragazzi in cerca solo di divertimento ad Ibiza. Il mare è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 5-10 minuti. Sul lungomare pullulano locali e ristoranti ma con una nota più tranquilla e rilassata rispetto ad Ibiza e Sant'Antony. Al piano terra ci sono 4 piscine, da quelle che degradano dolcemente, per i bambini più piccoli, a quelle più profonde. L'area piscine è molto confortevole, tanto che si fa fatica a decidere di andarsene per raggiungere la spiaggia. Ci sono due ristoranti: uno al piano piscine che è in uso per la colazione e gli spuntini/pranzi durante la giornata e il roof top per le cene. Il roof top è molto ben strutturato, gode di una splendida vista mare e di due piscine; è accessibile ai bambini/ragazzi solo di sera per la cena ma non durante il giorno dove rimane ad uso adults only. Le camere sono molto spaziose, nuove, luminose e dotate di ogni comfort. Nota positiva anche per lo staff, in particolar modo per Valentina alla reception. Se tornassimo ad Ibiza non cercheremmo altro hotel ma andremmo sul sicuro qui al Nativo.

I recently stayed at Mondrian Cala Llonga, and while the setting and decor are beautiful, the overall experience did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Pros: • The setting is stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. • The hotel’s decor is stylish, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. Cons: • We had a very distressing experience when we got trapped in the lift for 45 minutes. Despite pressing the emergency button multiple times, we received no response. After calling the hotel reception ourselves and still getting no help, we had to contact the hotel next door to inform Mondrian that we were stuck. After what felt like an eternity, we were finally rescued, with my wife in tears and deeply upset. • We raised this serious health and safety issue with the manager, who promised to follow up. However, all we received was a bottle of cava in the room. When we readdressed our concerns at check-out, we were promised further contact, but never heard anything. • The bar service was very slow, with no menus or drinks brought to us despite waiting. Shockingly, the bar had run out of all gins during our stay. • Breakfast service was terrible due to understaffing. The staff were rushed off their feet, and the quality of service suffered as a result. • Coffee pods in the room were not replaced after the first day, leaving us without coffee for the remainder of the stay. This hotel is in no way a 5-star establishment—it’s much more akin to a 4-star. For comparison, we stayed at Petunia Ibiza, another 5-star hotel, and the difference was stark. Petunia is miles ahead in every aspect, from service to quality. Mondrian Cala Llonga has potential but needs significant improvements in service and management to reach true 5-star status.

Hotel datato, tenuto male con poca cura e attenzione ai particolari. Tappeto della hall/bar liso e macchiato, piante appassite, per citare solo alcuni dettagli. L'arredamento anni 80 non è consono a un hotel sul mare e risulta alquanto soffocante e deprimente. Peccato perché la location è bellissima ed è l'unica cosa da salvare insieme alla cortesia del personale. Il cibo è abbondante ma dozzinale. Ho comunque apprezzato le insalate molto fresche e varie e la colazione. La sala ristorante stile mensa, mortificata da vetrate e tende bianche ultradatate che rovinano il bellissimo panorama. La cosa veramente bella è la terrazza all'aperto che comunque è poco curata. La mia camera era al primo piano con vista parcheggio e bidoni immondizia. Davanti alla camera si apriva sul corridoio un'uscita di sicurezza dove erano accatastati vari elementi tra cui un water (incredibile ma vero). Insomma una situazione da pensione tenuta malissimo ( altro che 4 stelle). Tanta incuria e vecchiume deturpano e vanificato la bellezza della location. We have recently stayed for a week at Hyde on half board. As a hotel I think it has a lot of potential, the decor is very nice throughout the hotel and is in a great location, close to the beach. However, if you want a traditional half board experience, this probably isn’t the place for you. The only buffet type meal you get is at breakfast, and despite there being plenty of options, everything was cold every day. They need to sort out how they run breakfast as they just bulk make too much and it’s left under lamps that clearly don’t keep things warm. Very disappointed with the breakfast overall. There were 3 sit down restaurants you can choose from, including a Japanese which was fantastic. The main restaurant is closed Friday and Saturday evening which doesn’t really make sense as a hotel. They give you €50 credit per person, per meal to use, but it seems there is no communication between the restaurants and the hotel as I got charged even more money off my card after paying a deposit, as they didn’t communicate that I’m half board. This was very frustrating. As mentioned, a hotel with great potential but breakfast needs fixing and the operations of a half board experience needs improvement.
