Wonderful apartments, clean and bright rooms, friendly staff, amazing sea views from the balcony comfy beds. Lovely breakfast served in their wonderful restaurant on seafront. Everything was perfect we will be back

Great location and local buses taxis and ferries within a 2 min walk.however....dated and very basic studio apartment....WiFi very poor ...lack of enough crockery and cutlery...and what was there was poor quality...fridge and microwave rusty and needs replacing ... poor quality old towels ....the whole studio needs updating and items need replacing. The housekeepers kept the place spotlessly clean and to them 5*...but overall very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone....

Breath taking views, clean trendy large apartment (306) looking over the bay, wonderful hospitality, great food … we stayed here bed and breakfast, which you choose from a menu each morning (not Buffet style) I shall be returning … do not hesitate to book here for a memorable holiday

This hotel is in a fantastic location and is possibly the cleanest place I've ever stayed! The people who run the hotel and restaurant are the most customer focused I've ever met! Nothing is too much trouble and everything they do is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the Junior suite over looking the beach. The views were amazing and if you are using the water taxi/day trip boats, the hotel couldn't be nearer once you get off the boats! All the staff were brilliant with our little boy. Whilst the hotel didn't have a pool, there is a pool less than a 1 minute walk away in the Jacaranda Lounge and the use of the pool is allowed if buying food/drink from there. Staff in the hotel also directed us to Roxys, but we never made it that far up the road! We hope to come back to Es Cana later this year and we will certainly be coming back to this fantastic place!
