abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno in questo grande e ben organizzato hotel (che di kasbah ha solo il nome...) apprezzandone subito l'ottimo layout e la solerzia alla reception. Le aree comuni (sala ristorante, boutique, hall, ecc) sono grandi, ben arredate e confortevoli. Solo la palestra è un disastro: gli attrezzi sono sparsi alla rinfusa, non ci sono ordinate rastrelliere e le macchine fitness sono rotte o rabberciate in modo impresentabile!! L'accesso alla piscina interna riscaldata costa 15€/mezz'ora Camera: grande e ben arredata, confortevole e silenziosa, con climatizzazione perfetta, dotata di cassaforte e TV (non smart TV). WiFi perfettamente funzionante. Bagno: grande, pulito, con ottimi prodotti. Ristorante: Cenone a buffet veramente ben organizzato, con grande varietà di cibi, ottima qualità degli ingredienti e salone riccamente addobbato. Bravi!!! Molto buona anche la colazione l'indomani. Complessivamente una esperienza da consigliare con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Albergo tipico, molto carino. Stanze ampie e confortevoli. Abbiamo soggiornato durante un tour e questo è l'unico albergo che ha provveduto a farci trovare le stanze riscaldate.i letti sono ampissimi e i locali bagno ben organizzati. Ci ha accolto un gruppo folkloristico locale e ci è stato allestito in cenone colossale, certo, secondo le loro abitudini culinarie, ma nella grande varietà si trovava qualcosa che potesse soddisfare

Stayed as part of a group tour. Off to a bad start when the aircon wasn’t working. Seems it was turned off at the switch board, probably because the remote wasn’t working. Buffet dinner with great selection last night. Service quite good, but the person who seemed to be in charge was loud and unwelcoming. Breakfast different story though. No hot food available. There were boiled eggs (not sure whether hot or cold). LOTS of pastries which were cold and, in my opinion, tasteless bordering on stale. Bed and only 1 (small) pillow hard as rocks. Shower warm at best and the water only ran from approximately a third of the holes in the hand held nozzle. Beautiful pool and lots of staff this morning sweeping, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, Moroccan-style hotel. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly. Breakfast and dessert are buffet-style. Breakfast consisted of fruits, pastries, bread and hard-boiled eggs. I asked for sunny-side up and they gladly accommodated me. As a previous poster commented, our group of twelve felt as if we had this large resort to ourselves. It may just have been occupancy was low at the time of our visit. Service was prompt and helpful. An enjoyable stay!

One our tour of Spain, Portugal & Morocco, we spent one night here. The property is beautiful with a spectacular swimming pool. The rooms were quite large compared to some of the properties the tour company arrange for us. We had dinner here and it was excellent. However breakfast, compared to that at many of the other hotels, was quite lame. There were some baked good and hard-boiled eggs. More like a continental than a full breakfast. And they really need to do something about the flies in the restaurant. No excuse for this and really made dining a not so pleasant experience.

This hotel is quite traditional. It’s been a long time since I’ve slept with a sheet , blanket and bedspread. As a couple we were given two small double beds. The room was very dark but quiet and the air con worked well. The bathroom was separated into three areas which was quite good. I’ve just found every shower I’ve come across in Morocco to be installed way too high and not adjustable. The food in the restaurant was average both at dinner and breakfast and the girl that served us very rude. There was no hot food at breakfast apart from scrambled eggs. The outdoor pool area is very nice.

Beautiful grounds and a nice pool. We stayed one night on our way to the Sahara. The beds were comfortable and spacious and the air conditioner worked well. Meals were buffet and plentiful. Desserts were few. The dinner buffet was very good but just the opposite for breakfast. The bread was stale and some was like leather.

The hotel was located away from anything else plus the rooms were located in a separate building, so you have to walk outside to get to the restaurant. There was an outside pool with many seating options. Near the restaurant, there was a gift shop which was opposite of the front desk. The food at the restaurant was good. It was a buffet, so you had many choices.

Excellent place to stay. Long bus ride to get here but we were comfortable in our room. Comfortable bed. nice bath with decent towels. Breakfast was pleasant -- a little too much bread, but ....... Pool, nice gift shop, very pleasant. Highly recommend.
