"I recently stayed at riveria by raj, muvattupuzha for a day and had a wonderful experience. The room quality and cleanliness were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. "Era un'esperienza tranquilla, abbiamo trovato questo posto accidentalmente e è stato uno dei migliori soggiorni del nostro viaggio in Kerala. Durante tutta la notte abbiamo sentito canzoni di uccelli diversi, suoni di animali, finalmente ci siamo sentiti lontani dalla vita della nostra città. "The ac conditioning was good, the bed was comfortable aswell. But the baathroom was not as expected, i have stayed in many hotels and every bathroom was pretty clean, it maybe becuz it's an old hotel but the tiles had dirt in between and i personally dint take a shower cu z i felt uncomfortable. If the bathroom was also upto the room and other facilities it wud have been excellent"

At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night )
We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access.
Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally.
I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for.
Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season.
Room service was good. The room was clean.
Room offered a great pool view.
We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options.
Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous.
Stay here if you get good deals.

AAustin KitHotel Arches è un grande luogo per soggiornare se si visita Fort Kochi. Situazione fantastica vicino a molte attrazioni turistiche, shopping e caffè. Il Kerala Cafe è letteralmente vicino alla porta. Il personale è molto gentile e utile. Il check-in è stato veloce e facile. La camera è di base ma molto pulita. La camera era ferma, molte piastrelle e comoda. La camera era di fronte alla strada, ma era piuttosto tranquilla e non aveva problemi a dormire. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la camera era immagazzinata con acqua. Nessuna lavastoviglie che potesse essere aggiunta, così come una scatola di sicurezza...non ne vedevo uno, ma non chiedeva neanche perché potesse essere stato lì. L'hotel si sentiva molto sicuro anche come un viaggiatore di una donna sola.

La camera e le aree pubbliche sono meno di media. Il servizio in ufficio frontale è piuttosto buono, professionale e amichevole.
Il banchetto serve caffè con latte premiscelato e questo è molto strano, devo chiedere al personale se ho bisogno di una tazza di americano, e ci sono voluti più di 10 minuti per tornare e consegnarmi.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pristine Sidra and had a mixed experience that leaned more toward the positive, though with a few disappointments.
Reception & Check-in:
Our stay started on a slightly sour note. We arrived early from Bangalore, hoping for an early check-in. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, the reception staff was not very accommodating or helpful. Despite waiting for over three hours, we weren’t allowed to check in even 30 minutes before the official 2 PM time. The staff at the front desk seemed rigid and unwelcoming, with “No” being their most frequently used word. This part of the experience definitely needs improvement.
Breakfast:
On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. A good variety of options, fresh ingredients, and great taste made mornings enjoyable. It was one of the highlights of our stay.
Swimming Pool:
The rooftop swimming pool was a letdown. It’s quite small and not well-maintained, which was disappointing considering the otherwise decent amenities.
Location:
The hotel scores high on location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to metro stations, train services, and other key areas, making it very convenient for travelers.
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping was good—the rooms were clean, and the staff was prompt and courteous in their service.
Overall Experience:
While there were some excellent aspects like the breakfast and location, the poor reception experience and underwhelming pool facilities brought down the overall impression. I’m happy with the stay overall, but I wouldn’t choose to return, as it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
