Very Delicious food...

We have booked this hotel for 2 Nights and have taken two rooms. We were super excited when we entered the property. The lobby looked nice and after the formalities we were taken to the Room. The Room was very spacious, neatly decked up. The ambience was good. The room had a living Room and a Bed Room. The Room was quiet warm and we thought that the Room will become cold once we turn on the AC. We switched on the AC and the Room temperature was showing 27 Degrees. We entered the Bathroom which was also spacious and with required amenities. The cockroaches in the Bathroom become excited and started dancing on seeing us. We were also excited on seeing this and left the cockroaches to have a fun time with us. We were very hungry and thought of ordering the DInner. The Menu was pretty decent and the prices are normal comparable to a five star Hotel. We then placed the order through Zomato. We were waiting for the dinner to arrive. The room was getting warmer as the time was passing, we started sweating. But the cockroaches in the bathroom were still enjoying and started partying. We called the reception and informed them about the AC and the Cockroaches. Since the staff were very busy, they have finished all their work and came to our Room. FIrst the Houseman came and said that he will shift the cockroaches to the other Room. Soon he left, the maintenance guy came and started checking the condition of the AC. He was unable to rectify it and started calling someone and taking his guidance to arrest the issue. Then he did something with the outdoor unit and started working by making sound. He said it is working fine now and the temperature will come down in half an hour. We have finished our dinner and still the temperature was not coming down. The houseman also didn't turn up to shift the cockroaches and we decided to shift ourselves to other Room. First they said they do not have Rooms and later they have shown an other Room where the Room temperature was showing 27 degrees again. Since we were very tired, we slept in the same Room. The next day morning was pleasant and had a good bath. The water was really hot and then we went to the Restaurant to have Breakfast. The breakfast menu was limited with local delicacies like Puttu and Kadalai. It was really delicious. We went out at 10 AM for our work and came back by around 7 PM. The AC, the cockroaches were the same and no changes. We tried the Restobar on the 7th Floor. It has a very good view of the city and the prices are as usual of 5 Star standard. No comments about the Food. They were busy in the closing the Restaurant and started informing us to leave by 10:30 PM The property has past its prime with no maintenance. They should improve the cleanliness and educate the staff to work more professional. This property was a 4 Star Hotel, but they have downgraded themselves to less than 3 Star. The location is an advantage and very close to the vytila Junction.

We stay here for 1 night. Everything was perfect. They staff from the eadge bar very helpful and good. Room was perfect. I would like to spacial thank to Mr .shyam, Mr. Nivin,Mr. Steerage.we look forward to coming back to here. Food was great we eat North Indian food it’s wow.

Wonderful experience. We went for a business get-together. Food, drinks and overall service were top notch. Mr Jinse provided the board room with sound system complimentary. No complaints. Sound system cound have been better. Great.

Great hospitality....the location is nyce one... amazing the view for the 6th floor 607 room...i personally enjoyed walking around the hotel..food is tasty....the room was comfortable band clean..staff behaviour is good...good hospitality..

Staff was very friendly and helpfull ..buffet breakfast was good...one issue was wifi ..ni range ...but the reception staff the help me very well...good service..hype ambience is very buetifull food also tasty...I like very much .. enjoyed at broad bean stay.. thank you bbh😘😘😙😙😙

Everything was perfect just how the trip of a family wants…food,staff,housekeeping and all was just amazing service…. You must definitely visit here with friends or family and have the best experience that I’ve had….thank you

I stayed here for one night in Deluxe Ac room. The hotel looks great both from inside and outside. The restaurant at 2nd floor has a very good ambience. The hotel staff and service was very good. Wifi was slow and hot water was not there in the bathroom.But overall I am very happy that I booked this hotel through Paradise Holidays.

Very clean and spacious comfortable rooms i stayed. Friendly & courteous staff with superb food options made my day. Kids where so happy with the yummy food as non spicy and tasty for them. The food was very tasty & you can smell the authentic flavor. I would definitely stay here again whenever possible or stleast go with the food at the roof top or at the Edge executive or Hype. Thank You for making my stay so enjoyable!!!
