Hotel con piscina a Erbil

Un Hotel molto accogliente ed elegante, degno di un cinque stelle. Molto pulito ed ordinato, il cibo è decisamente delizioso ed il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, specialmente la bellissima Marah, che lavora in reception 👍🏼 ❤️🤩

L'hotel è molto buono. Questa struttura ambientale è buona in qualsiasi paese. La sala fitness è molto buona. L'unico difetto dell'hotel è troppo costoso per mangiare.

È pratico. Pulizia. Devi prendere il taxi ovunque, ma è normale per Erbil. Buona dimensione camere, bel colazione. Ottimo personale a tutti i livelli. Piscina, Spa, e buon servizio in camera, anche dopo mezzanotte! Ottimo sicurezza dell'hotel. Su una strada occupata, si può sentire il traffico, ma dopo le 10:00 si calma molto. A volte un rumore dal ristorante sotto l'esterno.

La parte migliore di questo hotel è il personale. Sono incredibilmente amichevole e ospitante. E 'scorretto, le camere sono belle. Il colazione e la cena offrono molte opzioni - inoltre, sono un Coeliac e devo essere su una dieta senza glutine. I cuochi mi hanno davvero preso cura e sono andati fuori dal loro modo per farmi dei piatti freschi.

Accoglienza Eccellente. Cortesia massima. Cibo eccellente. Pulizia ottima. Camera grande e confortevole.Unica pecca sono il segnale Wi-FI instabile, e la TV che non ha nessun canale Europeo (altri Hotel della zona ne sono forniti...peccato). L'Hotel non si trova al centro ma un pò defilato ma meglio così considerato il massiccio traffico cittadino; ad ogni modo è ben servito dai Taxi. Merita il soggiorno: PROMOSSO!

First time in Erbil and chose this hotel for central location. Upon arrival at 5am we were greeted by friendly receptionist who showed us two rooms and we chose the second one being room no 720. Very spacious and clean. We just got into bed after a day travelling from UK. At 10am we woke up to drilling !!!! We complained but it didn’t stop. We had this for three of our four days. We were not happy we were not compensated. Not even an offer of a meal or bottle of wine - nothing !!! The hotel itself is spacious and clean. Food is lovely and lots to choose. Staff friendly and efficient. Coffee is tasty. Roof top bar very good though one nosy member of staff but we ignored him. All of our family from Baghdad were welcome within the hotel. Security is very good and the pool and outside restaurant looked good though we didn’t have time to use these facilities ! We would not stay again due to the issue we had. We will choose a different hotel next year

Staying in this hotel was not my own choice; the airline booked it as my flight was delayed. However, from the first contact, security check, to the in-checking at the reception, the staff were kind, polite, professional and very helpful. They got out of their way and arranged my transportation to the airport and stayed in contact all the way. The breakfast buffet was excellent; a very broad range of choices. Location is very convenuent; a 5 min ride to the center and there are both shops and cafeterias nearby.
