Hotel a 3 stelle a Epernay

La chambre est propre avec un confort relatif, le petit déjeuner est très bien. Par contre il y a une diversité dans la clientèle étonnante.

This was our second visit to the hotel in six months. The hotel is in a good location to visit Epernay and the champagne houses. Good free parking. Very friendly and professional staff. Extensive choice at breakfast and comfortable rooms. The rooms have recently had a refresh, we had a ground floor room with a small outdoor seating area which was a useful addition. We would recommend if you are visiting the area.

Localizzazione normale, circa 20 minuti al centro a piedi. Strano e strano che la ricezione funziona al mattino diverse ore e pomeriggio diverse ore, non si può check-in in un'altra ora. Sono in pausa di lavoro da 12 a 16 ore. Abbiamo cercato di chiamare, ma c'era un auto-responso. La stanza era perfetta! Grande, pulita e con una vista bella.

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy, very comfortable nice bed, slept so well. plenty of room to move around. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and had a great breakfast. Only negative was no parking, cost more than I wanted to pay for parking in a underground car park.

Had a very welcoming check in experience by a lovely young lady who explained everything in some detail to me including the car parking in the underground car park below. And how there was a special rate of €10 something for 2 hours there if the ticket was correctly validated, so I parked our car down there. Spent a lovely evening in town and upon checking out the following day presented my car park ticket for the expected validation to be told that I had to do that with the office at the car park. So I went there and explained that I was staying at the Ibis and needed the ticket validating and was directed to the cash machine. Which promptly charged me €34.40 for the privilege of 20 hours parking. I will be visiting Epernay again on my travels but will be staying well away from the centre. Either someone from the municipal car park needs to talk to the Ibis management, or vice versa, the Ibis management needs to talk to them. I obviously was not the first victim of this.

We had the absolute privilege to stay at Le 25 bis. It was one of the best places we stayed during our holiday in Europe. The staff were lovely and so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Each time we arrived back, we were welcomed with a friendly greeting and genuine interest in how our explorations of Champagne were going - they gave us plenty of recommendations and helpful advice (were very obliging when we wanted to practice speaking French but were equally happy to speak fluently in English - no language barriers whatsoever). Couldn't recommend this place high enough. Special thanks to Perrine who was amazing!
