一共住了兩晚 1.酒店入口找不到，門口標牌不醒目 2.電梯油漆味很重，第二天直接爬樓梯了 3.樓梯間很臟亂差 4.衞生間下水道反水露出來，房間燈線路很亂，孩子要睡覺我想開個閲讀燈，結果衣櫃衞生間全亮！ 就很無語。。。 5.明明已經退房了，還説了停車車牌，結果下午1點多問我幾點退房？還有周邊環境不熟悉，我説在**小區4巷要怎麼走才能找到酒店，她説不知道，結果到了才發現就在對面！因為門口大巴車擋住酒店名字了，完全繞了三圈沒找到！真的心理很不爽！

這次入住體驗真的超棒，必須好好誇誇！ 酒店位置特別好，出門逛街、去景點都很方便，周邊交通也挺順的。辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐態度特別親切，效率也高，很快就弄好了。 房間特別乾淨整潔，設施都很新，床品睡得特別舒服，一躺下就不想起來了，隔音也不錯，晚上安安靜靜的，睡了個好覺。衞生間也打掃得很到位，沒有異味。 早餐種類挺豐富的，中西式都有，味道也不錯，能滿足不同口味需求。服務員收拾餐桌也很及時，整體環境很舒適。 總之，這次入住體驗感拉滿，性價比很高，下次來還會選這家，推薦給大家！

每次訂酒店，選麗楓居多，這次開車路過這家酒店，老公一眼相中。酒店位於市中心地段，酒店裝修風格挺好的，房間乾淨整潔，全屋智能。設備齊全，特別方便，服務人員服務熱情周到，細緻入微，免費洗衣服務，也特別的便利。本來衹準備住一個晚上，因為睡的舒服，我們又連着續訂了兩個晚上，要不是回去要搬磚，真想再住幾天。 酒店的早餐算是非常豐富的，就餐人數多，環境也非常好。 酒店旁邊還有個足療店，環境很好也很正規，爬山累了來這裏放鬆一下很值得。 吃飯的話，酒店附近有很多選擇，我們還是聽從大眾點評的推薦，去了航空路 夏天來恩施旅遊是個非常好的選擇，避暑勝地，走在大峽谷裏，吹着清涼自然之風，特別爽 恩施城市乾淨整潔，能吸引那麼多人來旅遊是有道理的
