Hotel in zona Laguna Hanson, Ensenada

È stato così buono , prezzo e qualità , vengo a vivere qui di nuovo

Il nostro hotel è un ottimo hotel! Dalla visita abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento molto attento. Il personale è professionale e accogliente. Le camere erano di buona dimensione e avevano letti confortevoli (in Messico, letti sono solitamente molto fissi, ma non qui. Erano molto confortevoli), molte uscite murali e porti USB di caricamento. La piscina è sempre stata ben mantenuta e dotata di salotto a sedia a terra, asciugamani e una bella palestra davanti alla piscina. Il buffet è stato molto buono ... oltre ai soliti articoli di colazione, hanno anche offerto chilaquili, feci, salse, birra e pan dolce.Il personale dell'hotel ha indossato maschere e ha seguito le precauzioni COVID in tutto l'hotel. La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore della città. Vicino all'acqua, passi lontani dai grandi ristoranti, negozi e bar. Questo sarà il mio hotel-go-in Ensenada!

Big family trip, we booked several rooms/hotels in area in advance for a big birthday celebration, ours was Casa Del Sol. Drove up to car jam blocking the road, learned their parking is down the street away from the property... As we have young kids in the car, I got out to try to check in to get out of the traffic jam, seemed ok with no one in line at the counter, but the welcome was ”how many kids are with you?” Followed by ”ages?” Next, ”$30 per child per night”... for my 4 year old and 5 month old? ... got better with ”all have to wear these wrist bands your entire stay.” I was agitated with my family still in the car/street with other cars trying to check in blocking the road, being charged $30 per child per night when website clearly states children 6 and under free so I asked for management to explain my frustration and I finally said, ”ok, charge me whatever you want, I just want to park and check in” and the response was...”let's cancel your reservation.” I responded with that is ”unnecessary, again charge me what you need, I just want my kids out of the car.” Ultimately, I was not charged the $30 per child per night, was given the wristbands, but did not have to wear them unless at the pool which we did not go to because we were in the rooms that you have to walk onto the main street to go to away from the main property (try to not get one of those 32-44), cleaning and security staff was very nice and professional, and my family treated well even by the manager who threatened to cancel us (I just no longer wanted to engage after being threatened to have our reservation cancelled; at least it made a funny story for the trip.) If you are ok with parking being down the street and through an alley, a potential $30 per child (which they did not charge), wristbands, avoid rooms 32-44 also down the street (same direction as parking), and don't complain to management because they might threaten to cancel your reservation (definitely opportunity for improvement with hospitality/customer-service training), then this is a very well located and clean hotel with nice cleaning and security staff. Terrible check-in and parking situation, but great location and it's clean... so average rating for the sake of the nice staff? I had hoped for more giving this place a chance, but there are other options in the same area that do have parking, all rooms are onsite, and have never threatened to turn us onto the street if we have concerns.

L'hotel ha una buona posizione la colazione era più o meno il servizio era buono ha una bella vista se lo consiglio?

L'hotel è buono, ma rispetto all'hotel vicino alla porta è così sotto. la stanza è buona, il servizio di ufficio frontale è molto cattivo, le bagni sono molto piccole e il piano è sporco. La posizione è sorprendente, è nel centro della strada passeggiata, domenica hanno eventi sulla strada e bloccano la strada , il suo bene e possono avere un bel tempo nelle notti, con molta musica e divina attività, molte negozi ristoranti ecc. Se non ci sono camere disponibili in un altro hotel, rimarrò qui.

Hotel eccellente, pulito, decorato con molto buon gusto bellissimo il servizio dei camerieri è molto lento troppo lento sembra che tutti entrino in un computer e impieghino troppo tempo Ho ordinato alcune birre e ci sono voluti 15 minuti per portarmelo e c'era nessuno tranne noi Nella sala da pranzo il cameriere ha dimenticato due volte che avevamo chiesto della birra quando siamo usciti sul balcone della nostra camera non abbiamo notato escrementi di piccione sul pavimento del balcone e abbiamo sporcato la nostra stanza quindi dovrebbero fare qualcosa con il piccioni anche nell'accesso alla spiaggia non si può chiedere se potevamo passare in qualche modo e ci hanno detto che a lato dell'hotel ma tutta la sicurezza ha detto che non c'era accesso finalmente una persona ci ha fatto passare gentilissima dal così l'altro giorno la mattina sono sceso a chiedere un caffè e non c'era nessun cambiamento con il conto da 200 pesos che ho dato loro e ci hanno messo 10 minuti per darmi un caffè e 10 minuti per ottenere un cambio del biglietto . rto non potevano mai cambiare e ho dovuto pagare con una carta l'hotel in generale è bellissimo ma il servizio nella nostra esperienza è stato pessimo ma lo consiglio L'hotel in sé è molto carino ma non ha accesso alla spiaggia
