La mia camera al piano terra era con arredamenti vecchi e senza la cassaforte promessa. Tende oscuranti ma senza una tenda sottile, che mi imponeva di stare al buio per non essere vista dalla gente che passava dalla piazza pubblica antistante. BAGNO VECCHIO E NON CORRIDPONDENTE ALL' IMMAGINE DEL SITO. Vasca da bagno con lo smalto rovinato. Testa della doccia montata fisso e naturalmente senza bidè. Aspiratore rumorosissimo. 4 stelle? Nemmeno per idea!

This is a really lovely hotel. It has a great bar and restaurant, the food is excellent and the beds are really comfortable. But the absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff - they are amazing! We were made to feel so welcome and the service was second to none. The hotel is right in the centre of Ennis too so very close to shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Three star hotel with a four star location and common areas. Located in the center of Ennis, this hotel is in a great location to walk to all parts of Ennis. The common rooms and pub are very nice, and retain the architecture and feel of its prior convent life, which makes it interesting. While the hotel is unique, and worthy of a stop-in for a drink, the rooms were just average. The Executive Room we had felt cramped and dated, and was just modestly furnished. Nothing bad - but nothing memorable or worthy of a return trip. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine, but just fine. There is nothing to really complain about, but nothing memorable either.

Our room was clean and airy. Nice location, parking on site, and view. They have the best staff ever from receptionist to pub staff. Standard breakfast is included. Ennis is very close to the Cliffs of Moher. The town is undergoing a bit of a renovation, which makes sightseeing problematic. Hopefully, they will be done by summer.

My Wife and I stopped at the "Templegate" for a coffee and it was excellent. We were served by Sean and Declan - 2 outstanding Ambassadors for the Hospitality business - who made the visit exceptional. On arrival Sean greeted me with a radiant smile and asked if I was enjoying my day. Then Declan arrived on the scene and yes I am now enjoying my day. Mile Buíochas Sean and Declan.

Welcome to the hotel of pride in hospitality. Lovely, lovely staff. The hotel has an old world feel with all the conveniences needed. The pub has delicious food and drinks in a warm welcoming environment. Best beer battered fish and chips we have had so far. If we return again we will request a room that does not face the very busy bus stop as it can be noisy at all hours of the night and morning.

The staff and bar were excellent. The room was pleasant, tidy and clean. The big disappoin**ent was the breakfasts. There was a rush to make payment before seeing the menu & sitting down. There were no bowls for cereals or fruit, there was no toast (when I asked, it arrived when I was leaving). Some of the cooked breakfast was inedible. When I raised the issue there was acknowledgement and the staff helped me find another place in the town that was very close by.
