Premier Inn London Enfield

The hotel was nice but the location was absolutely terrible. It was really cut off from the city and there no public transport available nearby.

Well don't book at Enfiekd lock Meal 3 course only at £25 each... no other alternative, altho it was Boxing Day. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag, making it ineffective. Room smelt of smoke despite obvious aggressive airing. Tragedy waiting to happen!!! Hallways stank of smoked ****. Smell of **** in the car park from people seen smoking from the window. Four out of six cars in disabled bays with no blue cards displayed. Following night... 3am a family is moved in in an opposite room with loads of screaming from the kids and shouting from the adults! Room was dusty. Eyes were stinging in the morning from it. Certainly wouldn't recommend this place. Staff were helpful was about the only possitive.

Hotel receptionists were great, the room was shabby, the restaurant was awful, the waitresses were very impatient and just wanted us out, not a chance I will return, the place is old and decrepit, needs to have some refurb to bring it in line with the best Premiere Inn's

It was a nice quite clean room, I had a good night sleep. Good comfortable bed and good lighting. Plenty of parking available. I would like to thank Marian & Cess for the wonderful professional caring help. Will return again soon. Thank you again.

Staff are so lovely. Our check in was seamless and were greeted by a really friendly member of staff (apologies I didn’t get their name). Later we had trouble accessing WiFi and we were helped by staff at reception Marjan, Chami and Leiteisha. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We are only here for one night but can definitely recommend based on then welcome and service we have received so far. Great job guys.
