Il colazione non era grande, ma hanno fatto il meglio per offrirci tutto da un delizioso caffè a un crema di formaggio o pane tagliato in artigianato. Il mio viaggio era breve e non c'era tempo sufficiente per esplorare bene tutte le cose che Baymont doveva offrire ai suoi ospiti.

I decided to stay at a Hilton hotel for the first time when I found out that I was able to obtain a virtual key to use for all areas of the hotel, and to avoid a trip to the front desk for check-in or to check out. I was planning on coming on a late train, so this would make life much easier. I did book the reservation through my credit card rewards portal so that I could prepay for the trip and to redeem points in order to save money on the trip, but it synced to the Hilton app just before the trip for check in. It asked for my credit card for incidentals, which is normal, so I put my card information in the app. The process went smoothly until I saw a pending charge to my card for roughly $458 during our stay that was later posted after we checked out. We took two water bottles from the room and charged a box of Advil from the lobby store to our room, which I’m sure did NOT cost that much. I asked the desk for a copy of my folio for the incidentals at check out, to which she was unable to provide since I booked through a third party. I understood I wouldn’t be able to receive one for the room, but I should have been able to get one for the waters and Advil. I never received any email copies or anything from Hilton. We checked in for a two night stay on the 22nd of September and left on the 24th, and I reached out to Hilton’s customer service as soon as the charge was posted to my account on the 26th, and I have not heard back from anyone since. I am absolutely discouraged that a hotel that has hair on the ceilings and peeling wallpaper in the rooms is attempting to charge me more money than what I already paid for in advance for no reason. When I called the hotel to inquire about the status of my refund, I was told that the manager was on lunch and then, as soon as they were back, I would receive a call, which still has not happened. I would have loved to continue staying with Hilton for the idea of convenience, but due to their lack of customer service, I’ll be looking elsewhere for future stays.

Questo staff era amichevole e utile e il colazione era buono. Non ci sono molti nuovi hotel da scegliere nella zona, e questo hotel può essere il migliore del gruppo locale. Forse il Sheraton all'aeroporto è di prima qualità, ma è più costoso. Ci sono molti due edifici separati in questo complesso, ma nessun ascensore al secondo piano. La colazione è servita nell'edificio frontale dove si accede, che potrebbe essere a distanza dalla vostra unità. La nostra camera da letto con un soggiorno e una piccola unità di cucina, la camera 4109, era pulita e spaziosa. L'unico negativo per la nostra camera era che il sistema AC si sforzava di abbassare la temperatura e continuava a correre. In secondo luogo, alcuni iconi di ”modalità di memorizzazione” si sono mantenuti apparsi sulla TV LR, che ha annunciato le caratteristiche del set, come 4K, UHD, ecc. I arrived late from Salt Lake City and had a pickup to make back at the airport the next morning so, rather than go back and forth, I chose to stay at the Hyatt House nearby. I am SO glad that I did! Had SUCH a great stay! I checked in online and was able to go straight to my room, using my phone as my key. The room was not just clean but large and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a mini-kitchen. I placed the ”do not disturb” placard outside and proceeded to get one of the best night's sleep I can recall in recent times! Next morning, I gathered my things and strolled right out the door, knowing that the bill was taken care of. Excellent experience! Top marks! Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

La camera era eccellente. Tutto era molto pulito e ben messo insieme ed è stato aggiornato. Ho adorato il modo in cui lo schermo piatto è stato appeso lungo la strada invece della normale tv da tavolo. Ogni camera aveva il proprio balcone personale che era piacevole per una boccata d'aria fresca. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

The only reason I put 1 star was because there wasn't a zero star option. My Wife and I stayed 1 night here just to rest our heads for the night, while we were on the way to Maine for work. We had just laid our head down at 3am and all of a sudden there's screaming and human growling and items being thrown coming from the man across the hall from our room. it sounded like appliances being thrown at the door and walls. We were scared, not gonna lie, of the clearly mentally unstable and aggressive person across the hall. We called the front desk from our room to see if the kid working up front could get him to stop or call the police. IT WAS THAT BAD!!! The Kid at the front didn't want to do anything and then stated, ”he is in his room that he paid for, I cant do anything about what he's doing in there.” Even though THEIR MOTEL ROOM WAS BEING DESTROYED!!!! We requested to move rooms if he wasn't going to do anything about it. He changed our room, after he urged that our last room was the very last room available for that night. So we thought it was odd immediately when a room just suddenly became available. So when we wake up today, the same motel is trying to charge my card $500 it was declined. Then another attempt of $400. We called the Motel and said it was a mistake. our room was only $91.99 not $500 and not $400. The Manager then said that we were in the room that got destroyed and I told him that we were in the room across the hall and I have the receipt to prove it. He then started calling My wife ”a F******g B**** and that he's going to get his money for his motel damages because we demolished the room.” I called Corporate to file a claim and dispute, and the associate even saw in their system that the SLIMEY WORKERS at this Motel 6 Changed our room number after we checked out of our room. HE CHANGED OUR ROOM NUMBER TO THE DEMOLISHED ROOM NUMBER AFTER WE CHECKED OUT!!!!!!!!!! So they are in the process of getting it disputed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. IF YOU DO STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOU PAY CASH OR ELSE THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NEED TO STAY HERE. THE POLICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS A ”CIVIL MATTER”
