However, it was nice that it was available for use until 9:00 AM. The meals were all delicious. Dining by the irori was a rare and extraordinary experience, which I truly enjoyed. The river fish served was ayu (sweetfish). The staff checked on the grilling process several times. Both the Hida beef and the local vegetables were excellent. For breakfast, the dishes followed the "Mago wa Yasashii" (a balanced Japanese diet) concept, and they paired perfectly with rice, making me go for extra servings. The staff provided excellent and courteous service, and I would love to stay here again."
